The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the

group, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout the home.

Step outside onto the private back deck, where your own hot tub awaits for the

perfect après-ski soak. A gas BBQ grill makes it easy to enjoy cookouts and

relaxed evenings in the fresh mountain air. The home offers plenty of sleeping

space and privacy across its four-level floor plan. The primary suite features

a King bed, TV with DVD player, private en-suite bathroom, and its own deck

with breathtaking mountain views. The second primary suite also offers a King

bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom, along with access to a Twin rollaway

bed. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player, while the

fourth bedroom offers another Queen bed and TV. Both lower-level bedrooms have

access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft becomes a

fun retreat of its own. With two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a sleeper sofa,

Smart TV with Roku, games and a comfortable lounge area, it’s an ideal space

for kids and teens to relax and enjoy some downtime. A private washer and

dryer provide added convenience, particularly for longer stays and active

mountain vacations. All bedrooms except the loft feature cable TV. The

location is equally appealing year-round. In winter, you’ll be just steps away

from Eagle Lodge and the slopes of Mammoth Mountain. During the warmer months,

enjoy convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, hiking, biking

and other outdoor adventures. A shuttle stop is located at the bottom of the

private road and The Village is just a short drive away. Guests additionally

fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool,
