The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps four in Playa del Carmen's trendy Zazil-ha neighborhood, just steps from the beach on Calle 38 and two blocks from 5th Avenue. The standout? A rooftop infinity pool with Caribbean Sea views for adults, plus a ground-floor pool right outside your private patio — so families can let the kids splash while parents unwind with a drink in hand.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds — great for kids or friends. A second full bathroom sits just off the main living area, so mornings move smoothly even when everyone's getting ready at once.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows straight onto your private patio, where you can sip morning coffee at the outdoor table while the kids are already in the pool a few steps away. Inside, the dining table seats six, the kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, and the breakfast bar is perfect for a quick bite or chatting with whoever's cooking. After a day at the beach, settle into the living room with Netflix and central air conditioning.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private patio opens directly onto the ground-floor pool — ideal for families who want to keep an eye on little ones while relaxing outdoors. When you're ready for a change of scene, head up to the adults-only rooftop infinity pool, where sun loungers, lounge seating, and dining tables overlook the turquoise Caribbean. The beach access is at the end of Calle 38, less than a two-minute walk from your door.



Good To Know

A dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to mix work and play or simply pack lighter. Beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs are provided. Paid off-site parking is available nearby. The rooftop pool is reserved for adults, while the ground-floor pool welcomes guests of all ages. Onsite parking is available for an additional fee, and housekeeping during your stay can be arranged at extra cost.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and Pueblito Escondido offers guests a nice family pool located on the first floor with kiddie area, an infinity pool on the 4th floor, and elevator.

Getting Around:

The condo is about 54.7 km/34 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

- Renovations are taking place in the unit next to ours. Expect noise from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The estimated completion date is July 10. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause.



- Onsite parking is available for an additional fee.



- The rooftop pool is for adults only. However, the kids are allowed to use the pool located on the first floor.



- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay.

- Electricity (Long-term Stays)

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival (not applicable for ABB).

- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost .



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Please avoid from moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
