One bedroom one bath garden view condo located on the third floor at the, centrally located, Maui Vista. This unit will accommodate up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The living room has new furnishings including a new sofa, TV and stand, accent chair, side tables, coffee table, and dining set. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen to dine-in or take with you while on the go exploring the island. Enjoy relaxing on the lanai. The Maui Vista is located in central/South Kihei and is across the street from Charley Young beach and a short walk to other beaches, shopping, and dining options.

Nice stay in Kihei!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. However, we believe the property needs repainting. The dishwasher and stove should be changed. The dish towels didn't smell very good; we had to wash them. It's very hot in the room; a ceiling fan would be more appropriate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location being close to restaurants and the Charlie Young Beach was wonderful. We were on the third floor with an ocean view which was awesome and we enjoyed the balcony. The property management staff were very helpful and friendly we got a late checkout which helped since our flight home was later. We will definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at the Maui Vista. Usually we have a great experience, but this time was not as good. It started on night one. The airline had lost our luggage so we had to return to the airport at 9pm to retrieve it. After a long and hectic travel day, we were just bringing our luggage up to our room at 10:15pm. I stopped outside our room to admire the stars and moon in the clear Maui sky. Then, heard a nasty old man yell out "shut up". After that we were very quiet of course. But the next morning at 5am we were awoken to the guttural sounds of our neighbour coughing and sputtering for 20 minutes. This continued every morning, and usually followed by long telephone conversations from his bedroom, which was adjacent to ours. Needless to say, we were forced to sleep with the bedroom window closed and wear earplugs. The neighbour is an owner and I guess this is his usual routine. However, I would never book this room again for this reason. On top of all that, there was road construction going on out front, with jack hammers and heavy machinery making loud noise from Monday to Friday. It certainly wasn't very pleasant. Building One had a great view, but the noise & neighbour brought my rating down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Access to the unit was simple and easy. Owner was very clear and instructions were easy to follow about the dudes and don'ts. Once we got to the unit and put our things away we explored and found location by the water to be the most incredible that I have been to on many visits to the Hawaiian islands. Being able to walk right into the water from the property and go snorkeling was such an incredible treat. Location was simple and easy to get to many of the beaches and respons e. Would definitely recommend anytime.

Affordable stay in Kihei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little condo right across the street from the beach. Close drive to many tourist spots. The only issue was that it was very hot in the bedroom as there was only one window air conditioning unit. After some difficulty trying to reach the rental office, we were provided with a fan which did help. Overall we had a good stay.

Your company will never be recommended by us. We worked for Boeing for 35 years and have already posted never rent from Maui Condo and Home. 4 oz drinking glasses. Washing machine just spins don't wash. Silverware was mix and match. Fold out couch was horrendous, un sleepable.

This condo need LOVE !! Just DEEP clean and paint, everywhere(floor, kitchen, dishes, etc...) and Wall and Ceiling. I don't know where is your waste (VRBO, manager ou owner) ? I won't recommand your site Regards

Horrified

This condo was in such disrepair and dirty that the rental agency moved me. Maui Condo Co. was so great in rectifying what could have been a vacation disaster, however a couple days later the home owner association called me to verify I was out, so another renter could come in. Shameful

Beautiful condo

It’s a beautiful place, really clean and near everything. We enjoy the beach juste across the street and the smalls restaurants/ bars two blocks away.

March 2018 Stay

The burners on the stove were not level making it impossible to cook. But I didn’t have to worry about that as there was no sharp knives no decent pans. The pots and pans were pealing the Teflon. There was no grill utensils. There was no first day coffee stuff. The condo was in need of paint. The carpets need cleaning the carpet along the walls were dirty. The air conditioner was to cold in the living room but nothing in the bed room. Ceiling fans would really help. Windows were very hard to work. The pan on the patio was very smelly. Bed pillows were awful. A clear shower curtain would lighten the shower area. This could be a great place just needs some work. The office people were not at all helpful. Really have no idea what they were there for. Everything was responded with you have ask the owner or the rental company.
