You can enjoy the beatiful landscaped gardens which surround the house.There is a variety of aromatic plants, palm trees,rouse gardens and of course beatiful lawns creating a perfect area to chillout where you can enjoy the wonderful BARBACUE.There are many areas in the villa where can sunbath and enjoy the magnificient sea views.There is plenty of very confortable garden and terrace forniture to watch the hours go by o simply enjoy the views into the swimming PRIVATE INFINITY NATURAL SALINE POOL and at the same time have a great sense of privacy. Excellent, luxury villa

We had a very warm welcome from Ivan who met us at the train station, and then Ivan's Dad once we arrived at the villa. After a useful tour of the villa we enjoyed a wonderful lunch of cold meats, cheese, bread and fruit - all provided for us. The villa description was very accurate and we made the most of the wonderful pool, games room and outdoor areas. Ivan was very prompt in replying to questions we had with regard to the villa generally, going out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. The villa is well situated to access the local town, beaches and further afield, Valencia. There were a number of supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive. Overall we would most definitely recommend this villa to other guests.

Absolutely loved this place

Ivan and his father are very friendly and the Villa they own is nothing short of beautiful. The views are spectacular and the pictures really do truly represent the view. Everything is provided and the house itself is very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us to find our own peace and quiet when needed. The town below has some lovely restaurants and a small supermarket and lovely beaches. Pirates cove was our favorite beach - calm water (especially in the morning) and not at all crowded. Snorkeling was possible by the rocks and the kids really enjoyed the shallow, calm, warm water here. Parking can be tricky at weekends but was easy during the week. Note that this is a Spanish beach town (no drunken brits!!!) and very little english is spoken but that just makes the whole experience even better as the food and atmosphere are typical Spanish. Relax, sit back, have a drink and soak up the sun. Life is good. A car is definitely recommended if you have young or old people as the trek down to the town/beach is not inconsiderable (going down the steps is easy but after drinks/long day at the beach/with groceries the ascent back up is quite tiring). Valencia is absolutely beautiful and only 45 minutes away by car - definitely go there for the Cathedral, culture/shopping and if you like soccer, the Mestalla stadium is one of the best in Spain and they do tours 3 times a day. So, if you're looking for a beautiful, spacious, well appointed villa with stunning views from all rooms and want the authentic Spanish experience, look no further. This place is fantastic. Words of note.. the restaurant thats just down the street is only open at weekends from 9pm. The beach front Tapas places will serve drinks and food all day but really don't come alive until late evening. We all loved this place and would definitely recommend you stay here. Thank you Ivan. Beautiful villa with stunning panoramic views

We are a family of 8 adults and have just spent 12 days here. The host Ivan was so helpful and made our stay so easy. The location of the villa is high on the mountain overlooking Cullera. A car is essential really, especially for trips to the supermarket. There is a huge Carrefour about 10 mins away and is really well stocked. In the evening we relied upon a wonderful taxi company recommended by Ivan. They were so kind and helpful. Many thanks to Antonio and his team for fetching and carrying us every day and looking after us like family. The villa itself is airy and spacious. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and the whole place is tastefully furnished. The pool area is breathtaking and the views are the best in the area. The pool is saline not chemical and so much healthier for your skin. There are lots of beautiful restaurants within a short drive and the beaches are spotlessly clean and very safe for children with a gently shelving warm sea. This area of Spain is very traditional, not much English is spoken so in the restaurants you may not have an English menu. However, we found that this just improved our Spanish! Everyone is so warm and friendly and welcoming. We felt like family everywhere we went. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely place and spot overlooking Cullera & the sea

Ivan greeted us upon arrival and gave us all a tour of the house and gardens. He had prepared some local meats, cheeses, fruits and drinks which was very kind and they were much appreciated. It's quite a walk into Cullera down 200 steps and then a walk along the prom, but quite easy to get a taxi back for 10 Euros. Found a few lovely restaurants - Gastri Bar Nou Royalty, which was a small chic place, where the waiter was the chef and offered a small selection of starters and main courses. Food was fab. Another one was Casa Nostra on Del Riu 2, down the far end of Cullera, which did a fabulous Paella and Pizza. It was a small family owned restaurant, and the service was lovely. Google Translate came in very handy to translate the menu.

Escape from the City to Paradise!

This property is an incredible find! We had a group of 9 ladies on our first visit to Spain from the USA. We loved the views, the security and privacy of the villa, and the friendliness of the people in the small city of Cullera. We wanted a break from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, so we rented this villa for the week. I loved the option to use the spacious kitchen to prepare some of our meals, I also loved the small town of Cullera for shopping, dining out, and the street markets. The train station is just minutes away - trains leaving every 30 minutes to take us anywhere in Spain that we wanted to visit for the day. Ivan and his father were wonderful. Ivan prepared several platters of meats and cheeses, local beer and water for us when we arrived - this was amazing as we had driven from Barcelona after touring there all day and were too exhausted to make a trip to the grocery store. We arrived later than we had planned - but Ivan came to meet us and walk us through the property. The home was very comfortable and the mountain breezes through the house were wonderful. The location of the villa was also good - we were only minutes from town for the grocery, train station, shopping , bank and beach restaurants. I hope I get to Spain again - and if I can - I'd stay here again. The home was on the mountain with a secure gate and fencing around the property - we felt safe and secure in this small community above the city. Wonderful property! Thanks!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser Villa! Ein wunderschönes Haus, super Lage, traumhafter und vor allem sehr sauberer Pool mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht. Wir waren eine Gruppe von neun Personen, darunter 3 Kinder. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie die Betten sind total bequem und für das Kleinkind gab es auch ein Kinderbett. Die Lage vom Haus ist perfekt! Zum Strand braucht man ca. 15 Minuten, aber kaum dort angekommen, haben wir meistens auch schon gleich unser Haus mit unserem Pool vermisst :) Dass man dort auch noch Billard, Dart, Tischfussball und Tennis spielen konnte, hat das Ganze nochmal abgerundet! Ivan war zu jeder Zeit super hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar!! Wir hatten leider einen etwas ungünstigen Start mit der Ankunft, aber Ivan war stets sehr flexibel und hat uns viel geholfen, sowohl mit einer Taxireservierung als auch mit einem sehr späten Check-In. Bei der Ankunft im Haus, war sogar Essen und Trinken bereitgestellt worden, da wir erst sehr spät an dem Samstag ankamen, war dies unsere Rettung. Danke nochmal! Wir haben jede Minute von unserem Urlaub genoßen und kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder, dann aber für ein paar Tage länger :)

Perfect

As a large family consisting of 8 adults and 3 children this villa was absolutely perfect for us, the views were amazing during the day and night and the villa itself was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. We spent most of our week sitting outside staring out over the Mediterranean Sea or having fun in the pool (which is bigger than you think). The views from all over the villa take you breath away. It must have the best/prime position in Cullera. Ivan the host greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour, he had also prepared for us some local meats, cheeses, fruits and drinks which we thought was very kind and they were much appreciated. Ivan was a very friendly, kind host and was available to us throughout our holiday if we needed him and on the one occasion we did he was ever so helpful. Cullera is beautiful and the beaches are clean and well kept, we enjoyed the local beach bar who were very generous with their measures! We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely book this villa again. Thank you Ivan.

A fantastic villa with great views.

We were 4 couples celebrating a lot of 60th birthdays! What a lovely place to do this. Ivan met us at the station and guided us in to the villa. He showed us around and explained fully how everything worked. The lovely cold cuts and fruit were very welcome after a day of travelling. After swim and a freshen up we walked to the Calypso Tapas bar 200metres down the road. Lovely fishy Tapas with plenty of wine!! There was plenty of room for all of us with plenty of seating inside and out. The fridge/freezer was large and the cooker worked well once you got used to the induction hob. The barbecue was very effective great for prawns and sardines. Lazy days either around the pool or going to the ultra safe, and very long beach. We had 2 lunches at Poiseidon restaurant - simple food but the Maitre D is quite a character. We had one meal out at Casa Salvador which is 12 km up the coast and repeatedly one of the best Paella restaurants in Valencia. 14 km away - a 20€ taxi. We also had a trip into Valencia exploring the cathedral area, the market and then taking a open top bus around the science park and coast. It was a great taster - we must go back. We had a lovely time thanks to Ivan's lovely house and his great service.

Group holiday to Cullera with family and friends

We stayed at this charming villa in Cullera for a week during the UK half term holiday. There was a large group of us consisting of 6 adults and 6 children and the villa accommodated us all very comfortably. The villa is bright and spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The villa was very clean and the pool is a great size and was very well maintained. The villa’s best feature is undoubtedly the stunning views it offers from its prime mountain top position, which can be viewed through feature windows inside the property or from its many terraces and outdoor areas. The views from the pool area to the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. Ivan was a great host and was on hand to help with any questions we had before and during our stay. Upon arrival Ivan greeted us to show us around the property and had stocked the fridge with Spanish meats, cheeses, soft drinks and beer for us to enjoy. The beaches in Cullera are fantastic, very picturesque and clean. We were very lucky and enjoyed glorious sunshine for most of the week, which allowed us to spend our days around the pool at the villa and at the lovely nearby beaches. We had a great trip! Hayley C

EXCEPTIONAL

Views are spectacular and the property is immaculate. My wife and I took my mother-in-law for this trip for her 75th birthday. We went off- season in early November however the temperatures were still warm enough to sit by the pool and enjoy the heat of the sun and the amazing and unrestricted views of the Mediterranean sea and the city of Cullera! A short drive to old Valencia and a few wineries made the trip even more enjoyable. Ivan was a gracious host who truly cared about our stay. Thank you Ivan and we will see you next year! Ivan couldn't have been more helpful. Super Villa, great location, perfect for a couple of families. The Villa is spacious, clean and provides a great base to explore the surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Tremendous view. Thanks Ivan, everything was made very easy!

Perfect Vacation

From start to finish, this rental could not be any better. The owners are accommodating and always have the guests' best interest at heart from the ease of check-in, to the beautiful spread of tapas awaiting us upon our arrival. They are charming and go out of their way to make your stay a personalized and pleasurable experience. The house: INCREDIBLE. No detail is overlooked, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. Every window has a carefully thought out view of the sea and the mountains. You can hardly see a neighbor and it feels as if you have the whole mountain to yourself. The pool and terrace were our home base and we were instantly relaxed out there all week. The house is equipped with everything you could need and it is easy to pick up groceries in town. The town: Cullera is a very charming beach town with lovely and helpful locals, great restaurants, and lots of things to do for an afternoon or a quick day trip away. The owners were also happy to give recommendations, which were all excellent. This is a special place. A place to connect with your family and friends while you disconnect from the stress of your everyday life that will instantly feel like it is miles away. I just hope I can return someday to this paradise on the hill.

Outstanding!

I took my family to this lovely villa to relax and get away from it all and we could not have chosen a better place to be. Ivan and his father are very nice people with your best interest at heart. After our stay Ivan text me to catch up and asked if there was anything they could improve on for the future. Now I love these questions, and it broke me when I couldn't come up with anything! This place is simply perfect and most of our conversations over dinner were about how great it really is whilst gazing out to sea and the view that surrounds it. Beautiful house with a beautiful view

The house is simply beautiful; it has everything you want if you think of a spacious and luxurious vacation house: large rooms with good looking marble bathrooms (incl. properly working and hot showers), nice comfortable furniture both inside and outside, an infinity swimming pool, an outside bbq etc. Also the location is nice, with a view on the coast line of Cullera (with many kms of beach) and 30-40 mins drive from Valencia. You can use the tennis courts and large swimming pool which are 5 min walk away (although the swimming pool in the house is large enough) and supermarkets are a 10 min drive away. Ivan is very service oriented. When we arrived the refrigerator was filled with lunch and drinks. Also, he helped us out a lot with arranging taxis, info regarding Valencia nightlife and more (every time he replied very quickly). In the beginning he was a little sceptical of renting the house to a group of 25-30 year olds, which is not unreasonable. The message is that it is a beautiful house and that renters have to make sure it stays that way. This is what we did and so I think both we and Ivan concluded our stay was very succesful. Hopefully you can rent the house some time and see for yourself how lovely it is!

Villa met schitterend uitzicht

Wij verbleven met ons gezin de laatste week van mei in de Villa in Cullera. We werden allerhartelijkst opgewacht door Ivan die ons naar de villa begeleide. De villa staat bovenop een heuvel met schitterend uitzicht over de baai van Cullera. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien.en de eigenaar had de koelkast voorzien van drankjes, worst, kaas en fruit. Birthday celebrations in Cullera

A beautiful villa, with fantastic views. Very clean and well maintained. An ideal accommodation for large numbers. We had plenty of space to enjoy and relax. The wonderful views are because of its location at the top of a steep hill, therefore a car is a necessity. The immediate area was closing down for the season so I would not recommend arriving any later.

Stunning Villa

We had the pleasure of staying in this amazing villa for a week. On arrival Ivan and his father had prepared a much appreciated spread of local meats, cheeses and chilled drinks, they were the perfect hosts. The villa has the most spectacular views, despite seeing photos, we were unprepared for how breathtaking it was. The villa itself is lovely, very comfortable rooms, the children loved the pool table, chess set and table football! We loved the outside area, perfect for sitting late into the evening enjoying the views across the bay. There is a wonderful choice of excellent beaches within a short distance of the villa, however we could barely bring ourselves to move from the poolside! A spectacular week in a wonderful villa.

Fabulous villa with amazing views

We loved the villa so much that we never saw much of the surrounding areas. We cooked every meal at the house using fresh local ingredients and couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy it than the terrace of the house. With views over the infinity pool to the sea. We had lots of fun in the games room and also played tennis every day. The pool is amazing and the temperature just right A truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday …would love to go back

Beautiful villa in Cullera

Our extended family loved our stay at this beautiful,comfortable, elegant villa. Eight family members were welcomed warmly by Ivan and his father, Phillipe. They had stocked the fridge with lovely snacks and beverages after our journey. We enthusiastically recommend this villa for a relaxing vacation. It is close to tennis, restaurants, shops, hiking, and total relaxing on the terrace by the pool in the evening. We loved the infinity pool and the views from the terrace. We grilled one evening for a family meal and it was lovely. Beautiful ocean breezes cooled us all night for comfortable sleeping. We all miss being there and loved our vacation!

High position, high class and highly recommended!

I cannot emphasise what a fabulous property this is. The pictures do not do it justice! It's position is amazing with fantastic views, you feel like you are hanging over the edge of the med! so peaceful and tranquil. The property has everything you could possibly want from the kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms and the outside space. We were a party of twelve well travelled people, but this we all agreed was the best property we had stayed in. Thank you Ivan for the welcome pack, hospitality and the use of your immaculate, fabulously rich furnished villa! We will be back!

Highly Recommended

Ivan was a pleasure to deal with inclusive of a warm welcome. The villa is as advertised. It is spacious, inviting, and well maintained. The views are simply nothing more than spectacular and the pool was ideal for kids and adults alike. At night time the view could never get tiring. T The location relative to excellent restaurants and the stunning beaches is very accomodating both by car and by walking. In addition the large community pool and tennis courts is a nice ammenity as well. Most surprising was the quality of the golf courses that were relatively near by via car. Overall the vacation met all expectations and the villa and the hosts made the experience one that we can comfortably and will recommend to others.

A HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER

This Villa made a perfect holiday for our family get away this summer. I have a very big family, ranging from ages 5 up to 60. This Villa offered everything we could have wished for, that catered for everyones needs. The kids were able to play in the incredible pool.... Whilst the adults we able to appreciate the sheer beauty of each of the individual rooms in both the main villa and the cottage. The surroundings made it feel like such an exclusive setting that we were only part of, which enabled us to enjoy ourselves fully without having to worry about the kids disturbing neighbors. All in all i genuinely do not have a bad word to say about this villa, it has created such a memory for myself and my family, we will be definitely be staying here in the future.

Beautiful property, fantastic view

The villa is so spacious and well maintained. Getting up every morning to watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean from the terrace was amazing! The only things that would be helpful is to have good directions especially since the road is closed in front of the villa, and have instructions in English how to use the appliances. We figured it out, but it would have been easier to have this. The accommodations are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the outdoor living area fantastic. We loved the peaceful surroundings, no noise as some previous reviews stated. The views of the Mediterranean, the town and beach below, and the mountains on the other side are amazing. Highly recommended ,

PERFECT

I stayed at the House for one week with my family, this was one of the best renting experience I have ever had. This house is amazing and the view is astonishing, very comfortable and really quiet. There is a really good tapas bar right down the hill (2 min) that has some spanish tapas and typical food of the region. The beaches near the house are very good but you can drive to many places and be at gorgeous beaches within 5 minutes. For us the peace and quiet on this mountain top was very relaxing, but when we were in the mood for some entertainment, we headed down to Cullera town, which really only takes 10 min at the most. I will for sure be going back to this place soon and recommend to anyone who is looking for one week in paradise.

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 7 and under) and rented for two weeks. The first to arrive were duly met by Ivan who gave us a detailed tour of his parent's beautiful and much loved villa. Ivan was most helpful and gave us lots of information about the villa, the area and what was available. There was a generous welcome pack of fruit, cold meats, cheese, bread and drinks. The four bedrooms upstairs were spacious with en-suite facilities and individual balconies with wonderful views over the bay. There were two other double bedrooms downstairs with the use of a shower room. The decor throughout was typically Spanish with marble flooring, a magnificent staircase and a playroom with a pool table and other games (darts, chess etc.) The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was huge although with the outstanding weather we spent little or no time in there and the fact that there was no satellite T.V did not affect our family. The outside area was spacious with plenty of seating and we dined in most evenings enchanted by the wonderful views of the bay and mountains. The infinity pool was a winner with our family who spent huge amounts of time enjoying this great facility. The Wi-Fi had a few spats of not working all the time but our family are patient and it returned in its own time. Any hiccups we had with the facilities Ivan responded to immediately and rectified them. There is some development around this beautiful villa, inevitably with some noise but the villa facilities are not affected by this and indeed when the road is finished and a better curb installed this will make driving up the steep driveway easier. The ants I am afraid are, from our experience of Spain on many visits , something to be endured because although we swept up after all meals they still came, so cans of ant spray are a must. The nearness (15 mins) of the water park was another great plus for us and the shopping caused no problems. We met Ivan's dad who was charming and we thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We had a truly memorable holiday and maybe we will lucky enough to come again.
