Hi John, Thank you for your review. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to encounter mice at the home. Unfortunately, it is common for them to make their way inside in the mountains. When we do hear reports of mice, we coordinate with local service vendors to have it addressed as we done have upon your departure. We are also having our team look into replacing the pans in the home. We hope you all had a great time despite the wildlife and that we have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Vinod, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed our property! We are sorry we didn't hear from you about the dish washer during your stay. We do have a maintenance team that works hard to ensure all of our appliances are up and running for guests to use! As well as a guest service team that is available by phone call anytime of the day, anyway of the week! I have sent maintenance over to look at the appliances after your departure.
