Hi Jason- Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased to learn that your family enjoyed their stay. However, we are sorry that your experience at the home did not meet your expectations. We asked you before your arrival if you wanted pool heat and did not receive a response. It is in our description that pool heat must be requested before arrival because it takes multiple days to turn it on and get the temperature up. We kindly suggest letting us know before arrival if you want pool heat. Nevertheless, we thank you for providing us with feedback as we are working to make improvements to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. We have addressed your concerns with our teams and do hope for the opportunity to welcome you back again for an improved experience.
