Mountainous Ski in/ Ski out Cedars Townhouse in Breck-Short Walk to Main St.

Enjoy this mountainous, ski in/ski out Cedars Townhouse that sits directly on the slope of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. This spacious, cabin style townhouse has two bedrooms and sleeps eight people comfortably.


The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private deck that overlooks the ski resort. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a small room off of the kitchen that has a bunk bed suitable for younger children. Each bedroom has its own bath with another half bath on the main level.


This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.


Truly, a superb home for a one-of-a-kind family vacation!

Nice place to stay with a great location!

I really liked this property! It had a nice comfortable feeling to it. And it was very clean and we really liked the garage parking. And the location was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DATED, Dirty, dingy, ***** and malfunctioning Tv remote stopped (Not the batteries) no way to reset or turn off – cannot access behind it to unplug because it was too tight to the wall. Super dim lights in master bath, no shampoo in master bath or shower soap super dim light outside slopeside exit door-non existent. No bedroom clocks functioning 2nd bedroom tv not plugged in and can’t reach without moving heavy furniture that blocks bed access Internet malfunctioning in and out. Kitchen tile has 50% grout missingDinged kitchen cabinets at a professional level of damage/wear. Limited tools in kitchen Most annoying high visibility and loud garbage can ever New bathrooms but shower in mbr is wide open and leaves one cold even while in a hot shower Furniture is beat up badly Water heater is set to scalding Worst beds in the history of the world. Had to sleep in the guest room and it was very bad also. Super loud beds – both master and spare bedroom. Walkways not cleaned off Garage entry not cleaned off Many areas slippery outside and dangerous because have to step down from 18’ snow covered walkway to door threshold. seriously the most dated and worst property I've ever stayed at. would not recommend.

Can’t beat location

The property could use some updating and better linens - BUT you cannot beat the location. A true ski in/ski out. Steps from the chair lift. A super short walk to ski school. Restaurants and shops right there, an easy walk to Main Street. Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for a family.

Reviewer Comments: Cedars townhouse 9 was very accessible to lifts, townhome had a good layout but washer and dryer in awkward place and not easy accessible, but it did the job considering. Best location for ski in ski out!

This property is superb for ski in-ski out! You literally are that close to the ski lift! The views from all windows are beautiful! Condo fit our needs for 4 adults and 1 child. Woodwinds mgmt. company was very helpful with a few issues we had. We will be checking on availability for next year!

Location and Comfort

Cedars is the perfect location for summer in Breck to enjoy views of the mountain with easy walking distance to town. This condo opens onto a small stream bordering the ski lift, and it is perfect to sit outside to enjoy the view of the mountain...one of our favorite things to do is have wine and snacks while watching our kids run around and play in the stream. We have stayed at Cedars previous summers, and we will be back. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed. All the bathrooms have been remodeled. The kitchen is slightly dated, but it has everything you need for vacation. I don't love carpet in rentals, but that is just a preference. The primary bedroom's mattress could be more comfortable and fitted sheet doesn't fit, but again, it's fine for vacation. We travel with our 2 young children and mothers in their 70's, and it fit us all very comfortably. It's a great price, and we would definitely rent this condo again. Lastly, we were very impressed with the management company and communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We try to stay at the Cedars every Breck trip, just for the great location and the great layout. We love cooking in; the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Minor improvement suggestions: Our unit did not have an entry keypad, so we were required to pick up keys at 10:30 at night, and drop off keys at 5am. This could be avoided with a simple keypad entry (change the code between guests). Also several light bulbs were out. A quick check between stays would be great.

pleasantly surprised

The unit was nicer than anticipated, proximity to mountain perfect, only complaint was the dryness which I am not sure can be helped, and the bunk mattresses were uncomfortable, as per my teenagers, they then tried sleeping in the smaller unit downstairs and found it to be hard to breath, and dusty because of lack of air circulation - really is a closet - very cold. Other than that perfectly fine, kitchens well stocked, lovely bathrooms, and very comfortable and convenient.

Ski Bunnies

Our stay was great from start to finish. We had a super late night arrival and I was concerned about stopping at the property management office e before making it to the condo, but everything is in close proximity to eachother and the process could not have gone any smoother. Everyone in the office was spectacular, happy to help with directions, recommend places to eat, and quick to respond when we needed help with a breaker switch. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and relax by the fire after a ski day. The lift from Peak 9 to Peak 8 is literally out the front door and over the footbridge! And town is an easy walk down the block. Truly a 5 star stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. Kitchen was well equipped and was nice. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Even had a hairdryer. House needed a humidifier cause it was very dry. Be aware there are a lot of stairs- 2 sets to the kitchen -3 sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Fireplace didn’t work. Had maintenance there twice, but couldn’t make it stay on. Needed a part. The most important thing is to know when it says amenities are closed during shoulder season, you need to ask if the pool and hot tub are open cause the main reason we picked this rental was for the pool and hot tub and because we didn’t know when their shoulder season was, the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay which was a bummer. Would be nice if it had barbecue grill. Had a washer and dryer is the garage which was nice to have but you had to go up 3 sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Overall was a nice place.

Great location and comfortable place

Great townhome with an amazing location, close to Main St and the ski lift. Hiking trails right out of the back of the home. Very comfortable place with everything you need there.

Great location, nice townhouse property

This property is in a good location with lots beds. and ample bathroom facilities too. All the living spaces are comfortable and the kitchen is nice. The townhouse is located a short walk from Main Street and right next to a ski lift so it would be fantastic for winter vacation. We stayed in August. Lots of activity in town and lots to do in the area. in summer. - hiking, kayaking, shopping, rafting, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
