Welcoming Ski in/ Ski out Cedars Townhouse in Breck-Short Walk to Main St.

This welcoming ski in/ ski out Cedars Townhouse sits directly on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. The spacious townhouse has a three-bedroom layout and suitably sleeps nine people.


The living room has a newer, comfortable sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining room table for all of the guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom is very spacious with a queen-sized bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom has a two-person jetted jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a captain’s bunk and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and its own bath.


This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.


This welcoming, mountain home is wonderful for a one-of-a-kind vacation!

Our stay was great. Truly a great location and true ski in/ski out. Great communication with management. Check in/check out a little cumbersome if you are taking a shuttle from Denver as you have to pick up/drop off keys at the management company office (not on the condo site property). Would be helpful if the property had a key entry door instead but really this was our only issue and it was not a huge inconvenience overall.

Great Location and accommodations

The condo location was awesome. The home could have been a bit cleaner in bathrooms and bedrooms other then that it was awesome

Best Ski in Ski out.

The location of this condo is perfect for a family ski trip. Peak 9 is especially good for skiing with small children or beginners. Having a heated garage was really nice as well.

Perfect location

Loved the location of the property- perfect ski out location. Amenities are great- kitchen is large and well suited for end of day meals. The house is slightly older, but decent condition. Hot tub is difficult to access.

Our location can't be beat! Glad you enjoyed our property. We appreciate your feedback. The Upper Village Pool facility is not right on-site at Cedars, but is just 500 feet down the hill across the street, about a 3 minute walk. We are sorry if you found it difficult to access. The keycard provided at check-in should have gotten you into the facility without issue (provided it was during pool hours 12pm-8pm). We hope that you & your family were able to enjoy the facility during your stay. Thank you for visiting Breckenridge!

Great location. Needs a refresh.

Loved being right on the slopes. Though you might have to "skate" or walk a little to make it actual ski in/out. Single car garage is nice to have. Distance to shared hottub wasn't bad (down the street). We used the clothes washer/dryer. Strange room layout (neutral comment). Lots of stairs/levels. The 2 twins in the bunk room were very/too "springy/soft". We chose to use the pullout couch instead, it was actually more comfortable, though it sleeps on angle with your feet lower than your head. (we only had 4 single adults).

House was fully furnished as well (needs a Keurig coffee maker in addition to the existing large pot coffee maker). Wished the living room tv had local tv option instead of only Xfinity since we could only watch random networks like Buzzr, Old game show networks, PBS, along with NBC and FOX news only for major city markets. Could only watch daily news on bedroom tvs. Door to get into garage has a terribly sticky lock that has to be turned in such a precise manner that it seemed multiple times we would not be able to get in. That needs to be replaced.

This condo is on the back side of the complex and looks out onto the mountain and a small stream, and while I can imagine it is ideal for ski season, it is heavenly in the summer. It is an easy walk into town, and it is rare to find a property with outdoor space so close to town. The condo itself could use some maintenance and screens on the upstairs windows like some of the other reviews have mentioned, but it is priced right (at least in the summer). We will definitely be back!

Family ski weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this condo and it was as perfect as the first time. The location cannot be beat. To walk out onto the slopes and walk into downtown and not have to drive (except to go to the grocery store which is not far away) is wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of four with two teenagers, a smart TV where you can pull up Netflix or prime video and watch your own stuff. It could benefit from some little TLC updates, but absolutely nothing hindered our vacation nor would we complain about those little things. For the awesome price & location, it is and was perfect for us, and we would stay there every time! We needed a place to stay on the slopes that had plenty of room and was comfortable, and it has/had everything we need. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Great Location

Family ski trip

This townhouse was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Plenty of room to spread out (2 teenagers😉) and literally right on the slope next to the Quicksilver chairlift. Couldn’t have been any easier. No lugging skis and boots around, nor having to drive to the slopes. A quick walk to Main St which was as charming as it could be, especially all lit up at night. There is a big grocery store down the street, and a liquor store next to that to get good wine (or whatever drinks you are searching for after a cold day on the slopes). There are 3 flights of stairs which were initially tough for us due to the altitude change for us- but I figure that helped us get acclimated to the altitude even quicker, as we had no issues on the slopes. Would absolutely stay here again as was well worth the price and location!

We walked to everything..Maggie's pond, downtown, hiking trails. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed! We will be back!

Great location! Exactly as shown.

The property location could not be better. A quick walk to town (less than 5 minutes). The townhouse was clean and well stocked, exactly as shown. Our only concern was that there were no screens on some of the windows, which was a safety concern as we have 5 young children. The setup was perfect for us! We could not believe there were 4 bathrooms! Also in the master room, there was plenty of room for a king, that would be so much nicer because we had a few kids in our bed each night! Overall it was fantastic and we would definitely return to this location.
