Property management are good about communication, although when I needed assistance on-site it took much longer. The rental is dated and had several broken items. My issue was with the WIFI, which wasn't resolved because management didn't respond until day 3 of my 5 day stay. Unfortunately TVs nowadays don't work without internet & my family likes the background noise so that was an issue for us. Be aware of their pool wristband policy. The check-in process was very smooth while check-out was a bit confusing. The location is excellent if you like to be near the action.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised on the booking site. Refrigerator needed a facelift, curtains and blinds need replacing but overall it was a nice spot for family vacation!

The pillows and bedspreads were dirty, the dishes were dirty, and the sofa bed had trash, dirt, and someone's socks in it; there was trash under the beds, and the pillows looked as if someone had drooled on them all night. We didn't have internet to watch movies. The balcony was dirty, the refrigerator smelled strongly of mildew and was rotting on the outside, the glass tabletop looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag, and the armchair was dirty.The only thing I loved was the view to the beach

well the property is right in the beach and that’s great, but does seem to be in a area with kinda of a rougher looking clientele, but we had no problems everyone was friendly, lol judy looked rough. Anyway you have to go to another location to pick up pool wristbands bands and take them back to another location at the end of your stay, Very Un user friendly! the property is a little run down the unit was clean pre say but the fridge is all rusted out on the the front the curtains are all stained it’s very very dated unit and property

Wifi didn't work, Owner didn't pay the bill, no resolution. Towels were like confetti, tv's we terrible with no wifi and wires hanging from the master bedroom tv. Ceiling fan in living didn't work.Could by a cute place with a little effort but clearly just a revenue property with no maintenance.

Great Location

Had a great stay in this condo. Was very clean and located to oceanfront just steps from the beach. Accomodations were nice with a gym and pool. Very happy with the stay and would definitely come back and stay there again!

Wonderful place for vacation for any season.

Good location, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balcony apartment. Ocean view. There are all necessary staff for comfort vacation in the apartment. This is my third vacation in Palace Resort.

Amazing view

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was as pictured. Location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping, and beach. Our only complaint was all of the dishes were dirty, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Washing everything before eating anything wasn’t exactly what we had in mind first thing on vacation, but other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend this property.

This unit is ocean view not ocean front. You can see both the city and ocean from both balconies so that’s nice. However if you are looking for more privacy where only the ocean can see you this is not it. I liked the space and layout and location was very convenient. However there were lots of broken things and wear and tear in the unit. Example, blinds were broke in living room and bedroom. Outlets were coming out the wall. Parts of the hardwood floor were broken. The outside of the refrigerator was a little scary with brown and black dots all around, I’m assuming it was rust but the inside was very clean so there’s a plus. We found sand on the floor before we went to the beach and hair in the bathroom upon checking in. I’m also not a fan of going to one location to get keys when there is no key because it’s a combination, this is something that can be sent by email and the pool keys can be left in the unit for guest. Same with checking out, it’s an extra step to go drop off pool keys to an offsite office. We had all the supplies we needed for 2 days and we didn’t cook. I would stay again for a short stay based on the value. The price is not bad for a 2 bedroom and the unit is close to everything! Just needs some TLC

We do want to clarify for future guests that this unit is listed as ocean view and not oceanfront. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance and housekeeping concerns you experienced during your stay. The broken blinds, loose outlets, flooring wear, and exterior condition of the refrigerator are not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so they can be addressed with our maintenance team. We also apologize for the sand and hair found upon arrival, as the unit should have been properly inspected before check-in. We understand your concerns regarding the offsite key and pool pass pickup/drop-off process. While this procedure is currently required for certain properties and building access items, we appreciate the feedback and understand how a more streamlined process would be more convenient for guests. We’re happy to hear you found the value, size, and location worthwhile for your stay, and we truly appreciate your honest comments. Vacation of 2023

All was nice, as expected. Staff was friendly. Easy parking. Many dining places and the Walmart in walking distance. Specious place for 4 people. Linens and pillows could be better. Super stained curtines and dirty sliding door glass, we didn't have to touch, but was not pleasant to look at. Averall, it was a good vacation.

We did enjoy ourselves, but the property is very dated, furthermore they need to get a whole new refrigerator, also need to put more trash bags, towels linen, and one room don’t have a tv, which is need.

Peaceful

The support received from the management company was above five stars. The property was cozy but outdated, had incomplete repairs or forgotten repairs, the bathrooms were quite dirty, especially the main bathroom, and the exterior of the refrigerator was badly stained with rust spots. We opted not to use it and to wear shower shoes. We would stay again but bring/purchase more cleaning supplies. Thank you for making our stay great!

Good condo

We had a great weekend vacation. It is a little outdated but overall it was good. It’s not an oceanfront condo but a great ocean view. There are a few homeless/crackheads that roam around the area-just a warning. Also, this condo is through a beach rental company so you will have to check in 10 minutes away from the actual condo rather than checking in at the hotel the condo is in. Thankfully the condo was ready when we got there at 12PM. We had a good time though

Nice property but will not stay in this room again

the rental group we worked with was amazing and will book with them again but not for the same place/room. the pictures are nothing like the room. the refrigerator is dirty on the outside, the pull out couch bed is broken on the one side, the sliding glass doors were filled with fingerprints, the dishes were dirty and outlets need to be replaced.

Good stay!

Family of three arrived at 8:30 PM on a Thursday. Picking up our after hour envelope with entry details was easy. Entry into the unit was just as easy. We quickly noticed there was lots of sand on the floor and a broken oven handle. There was no answer when calling the number provided for Elliot rental agency before 9 PM. Called Friday morning a little after 8:30 AM and explained the floors needed to be cleaned and about the broken handle on the stove. I was told that a work order will be placed. No call back or a response all day on Friday. Called again on Saturday morning. I was told that the work orders were put in and a second work order would be put in for the same issues. I also shared that there was a notice of Levy placed on the door for the owner due to unpaid taxes. Of course, this is not a reflection of Elliot beach rentals as they do not pay the taxes. A new stove arrived in the afternoon as the owner opted to swap out the stove instead of fixing the handle. Unfortunately, no one came to clean the floors. It was in the 80s during my stay and the pool water was frigid. Not sure if the pool is heated but it would’ve been helpful as it could then be used. I didn’t see any adults in the pool. Some kids did brave the cold water and said so. Great location! Spectacular beach view! Comfortable beds and pillows! The kitchen was nicely equipped to meet our needs. The unit had enough paper towels, toilet paper, bags, dish soap And toiletrifor our stay.
