Will Book Again

My experience with Evolve was a very GREAT experience. I booked this trip for my birthday and I must say when I walked into the condo, it was very warm and welcoming and letā€™s not forget clean. Now I booked from Friday Jan 23- Monday Jan 26, 2026 during the midst of the news calling for snow & ice and losing power. But I gotta thank God, not in Myrtle Beach, the weather was pretty decent. Anyways, on check in day the owner Karl, checked on me and asked if I had received the door code and let me know that I can reach out to him for anything. And then On Saturday he texted me the Spectrum Service Alert that there may be a service outage, I responded that all was good, no outage. I thank Evolve for keeping me well informed about my upcoming stay but the real MVP is Karl the owner for reaching out to me on check in day and letting me know that heā€™s only a phone call or text awayā€¦not too many owners do that. And I almost forgot, the community was very quiet and safe. I will definitely book thru Evolve again

Family vaca!

Arrived to the condo and realized we never received our door code. Reached out to evolve, the management company for this property. Was informed the condo had not been cleaned. We arrived at 6:45 pm, check in was possible at 4 pm. Absolutely no reason our condo should not have been ready. Once in; we dropped our luggage and had to leave so the cleaners could come. Shower curtain in master was moldy, table legs filthy, the beds skirt on one of the twin beds was filthy, 2 trash bags for a 5 day stay, got locked out on our last night! And host has NEVER responded to my contact messages about the issues. Evolve stated I should receive my cleaning fee refunded, and was told I SHOULD receive a call the day after check in. That call never came! Area was nice, Easy to get to, and safe. The pool was VERY hot; but it was extremely hot at the time we visited, but pool areas were very nice and well maintained. Host provided NO metal utensils for the grills. And beach stuff would be great since most travel there for the beach. Overall: will not stay with this host again. Communication was horrible, they could have saved this trip had they just followed through with contacting me and refunding the cleaning fee.

The Best Yet

We couldn't have picked a better location. We were within 5-10 mins of everything. The longest we had to drive was 22 mins to a club. The place itself was amazing. So clean very bright and comfortable. Everything we needed and it seemed so at home. The owner was amazing. There were some computer glitches and he made sure to call me before we arrived. Would definitely recommend his place. We will be back again. Couldn't have asked for a better host and locations!

Lovely and Cozy

We stayed for 5 days and my first impression was how lovely it was decorated! It was very clean and welcoming, like home away from home. The beds were really comfy. I loved the nice new washer and dryer. The condo had everything we needed. It was just my boyfriend and I. It was also conveniently located and in a nice area of town too. I loved our stay! We had one almost all rainy day and the couch was comfy and cozy for movie time! I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I would like to first start by saying the place was very clean; however, very ill equipped in the kitchen area. There were four Forks, no cookie sheets, one hand towel, and one washcloth for the kitchen.. We had to buy some. There were tons of pillows for use but no extra pillowcases.. The property was OK except for they closed the pool for two days when really it could have just been one day. The weather was terrible but of course no one could do anything about that. Lol I think this place just had a little TLC fixed maybe a little kitchen makeover with matching dishes any equipment would be better.

Great property

Check-in process super easy, property well maintained. The air conditioner did go out and was fixed within a couple of hours. I called and they stayed in communication with me until it was repaired. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time at the property and it was great again! Itā€™s clean, in a great location, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. This is our go to spot when we are going to Myrtle.

Fantastic!

Beautiful comfortable condo in Myrtle Beach. Felt like home. Close to everything! We missed where the WiFi password was placed and the owner immediately responded. The WiFi and many other needed info were labeled appropriately throughout the condo. All over had such a great week in part knowing we had such a nice place to stay. Thank you so much!!

Good place to stay. Had its issues.

Overall this was a good place to say but we did encounter issues which I will list below. I would probably stay here again despite these issues. We didn't receive our check in instructions and had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone to help. Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom had an inch of dust on it. Both toilet dispensers weren't probably screwed down and secured. My daughter came very close to hitting her eye. One lamp in the main bedroom didn't work. The refrigerator was making an extremely loud noise periodically and also had leaking coming from the top onto the top shelf. On the day before we were supposed to check out our door code stopped working. It didn't take long to resolve but was still an issue. When calling to the property manager we had to always dial the selection that didn't pertain to our actual issue to get someone to answer the phone.

Wonderful, you feel like you are at home.

I loved staying in this apartment. Air conditioning was not working. But the owner called me and had someone fix the air conditioning. Thanks to the owner for sending someone to fix the air conditioning as it was very hot. I recommend everyone to spend their holidays or take vacations in this apartment. The condo is very nice and safe. I want to go back again.šŸ˜šŸ˜Š
