The location was very quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful. It’s important to note that this is not a resort—most of the units are owner-occupied. There is no front desk or on-site staff available to assist, only security, so you’ll need to contact the owner directly if any issues come up during your stay.Luggage is not allowed on the lobby floor, so if you’re unable to carry your bags, you’ll need to go to the loading deck to get a cart, then return your car to ground-level parking. This process was a bit inconvenient.Other than that, the property is extremely nice, peaceful, and well-maintained. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay and don’t mind a more residential setup.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Communication with Marianne was wonderful. She responded so quickly and was very nice. The Unit is decorated beautifully and the furniture so comfortable. The views are also great on the top floor. If you never stayed in the Maisons I highly recommend.I think someone blew out the speaker in the living room TV because the base has a lot of static. I think it needs to be replaced. But other than that just a great time.Will be back.

Beautiful Property

We spent a week at this beautiful condo and couldn't have been happier with our stay! The views from all three balconies were absolutely stunning, and we especially appreciated being able to enjoy them in the afternoon shade—something we hadn’t experienced in other units at Maisons.The interior was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful touches and essentials that made our vacation even more enjoyable.Thank you for providing such a peaceful and relaxing getaway—we truly had a wonderful week!Rebecca Martin

Pictures and Descriptions Don't Do It Justice

The owners are very attentive. The home is kept in excellent condition. Clean and beautiful. The view to the ocean and south down the coast cannot be outdone. I highly recommend this unit, just as long as you don't want the week I do.... I'm booking again and again.

Summer Break

This is a lovely penthouse condo. Clean & exactly as described. The beds were quite comfortable. The views from the balcony were beautiful & we ate any meals we had there out on the balcony. We were very comfortable & happy there. I love the Shore Dr area so much, it seems to have its own vibe. Any questions we had were answered promptly & politely! Marianne is a wonderful hostess. The building itself was also very nice. The poolside bar was quite convenient & staff were pleasant. We found security to be wonderful! We had heard about problems but honestly if you follow the rules or go & ask if unsure you will have no problems. We really enjoyed our stay, had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo & hope we can stay again soon!

2404 Maissons Sur Mer

This property was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, quiet, bright and safe. The owner was easy to work with and quickly responsive. It also has one of the best views in Myrtle Beach. Our family, including our grandkids had rented a house 2 blocks away and had no trouble visiting Maisson's and all that it has to offer. We had a fabulous vacation.

Just Perfect!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything from check in to check out was seamless! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one! Beautiful views and you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while inside the condo or from my favorite place, the balcony! The balcony furniture is comfortable and a great place for meals, reading a book or just taking in the fantastic views. Marianne was so nice, helpful and fast to respond to any questions. Maisons grounds are so well kept and everyone we encountered were very friendly.We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back!Our host

Beautifully Decorated Condo

We enjoyed two weeks here in this clean, beautifully decorated condo. Host Marianne was easy to work with and check in went smooth. This resort has been recently renovated. Very convenient to Tanger Mall and restaurants. Recommend it.

Great but…..

Marianne is very communicative and quick to respond. We had no issues with the unit. It was clean and comfortable. Our issue is with Maison Sur Mer. Because my husband’s truck was too tall to get in the garage, and they don’t allow luggage carts in the lobby, we were told we had to walk down to the garage to get a luggage cart. Then, we were to push it back up to the parking lot, load it and push it back down to the garage so we could access the elevator. Mind you, it is a steep ramp leading to the garage and we are both almost 70 years old. We opted to use our friend’s car, unload into it, then drive down to the carts, reload and go up to our unit. So ridiculous! Yet more than once there was a workman’s dirty cart sitting in the lobby. They are very rigid with their rules and rarely pleasant when conveying them. We won’t stay there again.

Perfect week!

Me, my husband, and my parents came to the beach for my 54th birthday. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean and was well stocked with pans, utensils, a keurig coffee maker and more! The views were spectacular! The balcony was the perfect spot to drink coffee and watch the sun come up! We had a very relaxing week, this condo was the perfect spot!

Incredible views, very comfortable unit.

This is a great unit that has many positives, including the incredible views from the balcony. We could see nearly 30 miles down the coast on clear days. Maisons-sur-Mer is a great facility that we have stayed in many times. Great pool area, full-time security, easy beach access, quick elevators and a very convenient location. This penthouse unit has comfy furnishings and plenty of storage. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub and the second bath has a good shower. The kitchen has updated appliances buy could use better pots and pans (probably our only ding on the unit), but it was manageable for a rental unit. We will stay here again!

A wonderful home away from home

This condo was everything and more. It was the home away from home we were looking for for our two week stay. Mariannes communication was very quick and was sure to address anything we asked within minutes. The cupboards were full stocked, the furniture was so comfortable and you cant beat the view. We will return next uear, for aure.

A Five Star Experience

Our vacation at this beautiful penthouse condo could not have been more perfect! The condo is in immaculate condition, Marianne (the owner) was so pleasant and easy to book with and the views from the balcony were stunning! This was our first time staying at Maisons Sur Mer and will we definitely be returning each year. I can’t give a better review of this penthouse condo! 5 stars!

Online pictures do not do this unit justice! It is fabulous. Unit is spotless, convenient, and has amazing views. Very safe and secure. Rapid response from owner on any communication.
