Renovated 2/2 beach condo in a quiet, safe, and beautifully landscaped gated community. Stairs to the unit located on the 2nd floor. Walk, drive, or bike to it's private beach.

Queen size tempurpedic bed in spacious master bedroom, master dressing area and walk-in master shower. Twin tempurpedic beds in guest bedroom. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower, washer/dryer, cable, internet, Smart tvs, and fully furnished. New kitchen cabinets and appliances with all necessary kitchen needs, organizational closets throughout condo, family board games, linens, towels, newly installed flooring, and outdoor storage room with an electric BBQ, beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls, boogie board, beach tent, and beach toys. Condo is very clean, family friendly, and smoke free.

Community amenities include:
Par 3 Executive 9 hole golf course, 4 pools, plus hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar with food service, tennis, bocce & shuffleboard, basketball, fitness center, library, sauna, and 3,000' of unspoiled beach. Restaurant on premises. 120 acres to safely walk at night or day and enjoy the beautiful tropical flowers and landscaping!
Non smoking and no pets please. All amenities are subject to Covid restrictions and association guidelines.

Area Entertainment:
Biking, museums, fishing, golfing, parks, shopping, farmer's market, theater, and many more local attractions and activities.

Fort pierce vacation

The condo was beautiful and had a well equipped kitchen. Location was great, beautiful beach, great restaurants. Everyone very friendly.

Beautifully renovated home with some very unique extras done by the owners themselves.

Besides clean and comfortable, there are many special touches to this home making it obvious that the owners want you to experience how they want it to be when staying there. The Ocean Village property has so much to offer in activities that you cannot get bored. We would definitely return!

Great Condo - Great Location

Our first time staying in Ocean Village, and we'll definitely be back. The Codo was perfect. Clean, well equipped and our host responded to our questions within minutes. A pool 50 yards away and short walk to the ocean. See you next year.

A very nice stay at OV

OV (Ocean Village) is a super place to stay. 5 min walk to the beach, restaurant and bar on the premises, very secured (gate community), etc. Clara unit was spotless, well appointed with everything you need, quiet and well situated. Clara was was very responsive tomany of ur request. It was a nice 3 weeks and would rent again. Richard

Great 2-bedroom condo, perfect location with lots of amenities

Never stayed on the north end of Hutchinson Island, pleasantly surprised with the location, a wonderful gated resort with beautiful quiet beaches. The newly remodeled 2-bedroom Condo was the perfect size, and had many upgraded features. The owners were so careful in providing more than the normal essentials, you can tell that they are looking for return customers. The Resort was well taken care of, nice landscaping, several pools, several Tennis Courts and other games that can be enjoyed by all ages. My PGA colleagues and I really enjoyed playing the quality PAR 3 golf course. Overall great rating, nothing poor to say about our visit.

Best 2/2 Condo Ever

As a first time Homeaway customer I was a little nervous renting on line. But dealing with Clara was the best she went out of her way to accommodate me. The condo was packed with extras from beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and even 2 bicycles, it was really one of the best vacation experience's in my life. My guests were impressed with the style and details put into this condo. The only downfall its not available for me next year. Best landlord ever!!!!

Condo comfort

I loved my stay here. Upon our arrival the place was spotless. I found the kitchen to be very well stocked with all the utensils you might need and very nice pots and pans. It is nicely located, pretty much in the middle of Ocean Village, right across from a clubhouse with a pool and private pickleball courts. Clara responded to my requests and questions promptly.

Super accomodations/super host.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, very well appointed. Had most everything that one requires for a lengthy stay - and then some. Host was very responsive to any needs, although there really wasn't any. Condo, replete with all furnishings/required needs. Will be back next year.

Excellent!

This was our first time staying in this condo but our fifth year in a row going to Ocean village. We have finally found the perfect condo for us. We are going back next year and can’t wait. It is clean, modern and spacious. Everything that you could possibly need is supplied, from beach needs to cooking needs. The owners are super nice people and we are so lucky to have met them. They thought of everything to make our home away from home comfortable and enjoyable. They are always available by phone or text for any questions you might have and are always curtious and friendly. Ocean village is a very unique vacation spot with so much to do and the people are so friendly it doesn’t take long to feel like home. The people who live there year round welcome the many snowbirds who invade their precious hidden gem of a community!

Great experience ! Perfect Condo!

We have stayed at Ocean Villages before but it was our first time in this condo. We rented this 2 bed/2 bath condo for our family summer vacation and it was great. The place is beautifully decorated, immaculate and so well stocked. The master bedroom was large with a walk in closet and a great bathroom. The other bedroom had two twin beds that was perfect for teenagers and they had their own bathroom! There were TVs in each room, a washer and dryer and a storage room with an electric barbecue, tennis racks, 2 bikes and beach chairs for use. The owner has really thought of everything that anyone could possibility need in a home away from home. Clara was a pleasure to deal with and patiently answered all our inquires. I hope to rent here again when we are next in Vero Beach area.

This was our first time vacationing on Florida's East coast in many years. We were hoping for less traffic and crowds than on the West coast. We were very pleased with the North end of Hutchinson Island and Ocean Village. It surpassed our wishes. The condo was fabulous! So tastefully remodeled and decorated. Spacious rooms made it perfect for an extended stay. Special features include large closets with plenty of built in storage, a walk-in master bath shower, extremely well stocked kitchen, wine cooler, and a storage room with beach chairs, bikes, grill, and other play items. For us the most impressive updates were the hidden light features. Outstanding! They really added to the charm of the condo. The condo is located on a pond that has a water feature. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the large turtles come up to sun and feed. Ocean Village offers many activities and amenities for quests and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and bars. There was also no shortage of good golf courses within an easy drive. We highly recommend this rental property.
