The Adagio Condominiums are ideally located oceanfront on 59th Street in midtown Ocean City, Maryland, close to many popular restaurants and venues. This south facing, three bedroom three bath side unit is just one condo removed from oceanfront and as such offers appreciable ocean views from the generously sized balcony. Already a beautiful vacation property, improvements have recently been made with new dining room and living room furnishings, flooring, and wainscoting, to name a few. Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, and living room with ample seating to sit comfortably while watching your favorites on the flat screen TV. The Adagio also offers a lovely indoor pool for a break from the beach or a convenient alternative on a rainy day. Bed sizes include a king in the primary, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a full in the 3rd bedroom and a double sleeper sofa to accommodate up to eight guests. Once you stay here, you'll want to come back year-after-year!
Guest must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. Note there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You are able to purchase an optional linen package which would be delivered to the condo on your arrival and picked up on your day of departure. It would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Property comes with one reserved parking spot.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
