Dear Richard, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that mattress comfort is so important, it also differs among individuals. We are sorry that you did not find this one to your liking. Sorry for any miscommunication on the exterminating schedule, we do post the dates so that everyone is aware. When dealing with third party vendors, our hands are tied. We are sorry that it made you uncomfortable. Please know that you are always welcome to call us with any issues that you have during your stay. We would have done our best to rectify the barking dog issue while you were here. We do not manage all properties within the Resort, but Security could have been called to reach out to that person. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort

Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, to be honest, my stay was hampered by a greating of 3-4 large roaches on the floor and in the cabinets so we immediately felt the space was dirty even though it looked real clean. The space is very outdated and visibly worn. Even the exterior could use a bit of TLC.
