Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please let us know when booking if you plan to bring a dog.

Whether you`re planning a family vacation, a weekend in the mountains, or a relaxing group retreat, this Pocono Pines chalet offers a comfortable place to settle in and experience the best of the Poconos.

The primary guest must complete a rental agreement and identity verification through our secure guest portal, SuiteOp, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Guests must also authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver. All requirements must be completed before check-in information is provided.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details.
This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.

Registered Guests Only: Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.

Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Late checkout is not allowed.

Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
