Beach Villas at Kahalu’u is one of the newest condo complexes built along the lush Kona Coast on Alii Drive. It is located directly across the street from historic Kahalu’u Beach Park. Hawaiian people once fished and surfed here, and chieftains bathed in pools that are preserved on site. This fabulous second floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is accessible by elevator or stairway from the parking lot. The condo is beautifully furnished with tropical decor that is reminiscent of the rich natural environment that characterizes Hawai’i. The kitchen features granite counter-tops and a convenient breakfast bar. All appliances, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, rice maker are provided. Sliding doors with screens from the kitchen lead directly onto the lanai where you will likely spend many hours admiring the view, reading, drinking cocktails and dining with friends and family.

The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen television with cable reception. The main area is open-concept so you can interact with one another whether seated on the sofa or cooking in the kitchen. The floors are large format ceramic tile in the common areas and bathrooms. The bedrooms are carpeted. Wi-Fi with high speed internet connection is also provided, free of charge.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, television, ceiling fan and sliding door to the lanai with screens. There are attractive and substantial window/door coverings to shade the room. The master bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a large shower.

The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the living room and is furnished with two twin beds. There is a small tv, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom that has a shower. In the hallway area there is a brand new stacked washer-dryer for your convenience.

Our condo has central air-conditioning, but most visitors prefer to enjoy the ocean breezes.

There is a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub on the property for guests to enjoy. Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off after your visits to Kahalu’u Beach Park across the street.
