Hello Tangie, We hope you're doing well & thank you for your review. First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. Cats are certainly not allowed in any of our KEES Vacation properties. We do request that if guest see anything as far as cleanliness or maintenance to make us aware as soon as possible & we will send the correct KEES representative to justify any issues you may have. Thank you for your review, Selina, the pool heat was indeed turned on for your stay, it was only tripped upon you arriving and was fixed within the hours of arriving, the weather was not so great when you visited and that is the cause of the pool not staying heated and we explained this as well, as far as the bugs we sent a tech out and he confirmed there weren't any bugs upon him checking, also the fireplace needed gas which we had let you know we had contacted the vendor for so that they were able to come out to get this refilled. and as far as the AC we reached out to the owner to get the code but the code was not set by them so they were trying to reach out to the company so that when the next guest is set to arrive, we would have it, we do apologize about any inconvenience this might have caused you and your family. and here at KEES we do hope to host you again in the future.
