Blue Beach House – Unwind at this stunning beachside cottage in Kings Beach

Unwind at this gorgeous beachside cottage in Kings Beach. Beautifully decorated with a Hamptons feel, this is the perfect base for your family or group to enjoy all that Kings Beach has to offer.

The Blue Beach House is located in a quiet street which feels peaceful and away from the crowds, yet is only a 5 minute walk to the sand at the patrolled Kings Beach. Restaurants and cafes are also within this walk and aplenty. You are welcome to bring your small dog, we just ask that they are kept outside, permitted on the undercover deck. Cool off under the outdoor shower after a fun day exploring the beach!

Small outdoor dogs allowed (permitted on the deck but not inside). The property is fully fenced.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied and this property offers Wi-Fi for guests to enjoy during their stay

Bathroom: Shower with toilet (no bath tub)
Toilet: 2nd toilet outdoors

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note that whilst this is a holiday house it is in a residential area and respect for neighbours must be observed. Parties will not be tolerated Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Carport under the house (skinny space) can fit extra vehicle in driveway

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
