ASTORIA 201-203 is perfect for family reunions! Large 5-bedroom, 5 full bathroom luxury, unique ocean block condominium in the heart of Ocean City. This double unit property offers two living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, parking for 4 vehicles and plenty of beds for the whole family. Joined by a connecting door this mobility friendly unit has wide door frames along with accessible bathrooms with grab bars, etc. The bedding includes two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two twins, a set of twin bunk beds along with 2 queen sleeper sofas. There is room for up to 14 people and a large dining table for family meals.
However, you may choose not to cook with restaurants like Taphouse, Belly Busters and Dry 85 within blocks of this midtown location. The beach is two-minute walk and the OC Convention Center is an easy four block walk.

The unit was the perfect size for our 3 families. It was nice having a bunk room (twin over twin w/ a trundle with room for a cot for the 4th little girl). A bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and having 2 separate living rooms and kitchens was very convenient when there are 11 people. There is a Keurig and drip coffee maker in each unit, which was convenient so the people who drink different coffees didn't have to wait their turn. And although the kitchenware (pots, pans and silverware) and cleaning equipment (brooms, vacuum) seem to 'travel' between the units, we found most of everything we needed.Having a washer and dryer in each unit was convenient with 3 families. There was a cot in one of the closets (we didn't use but nice to know 1 is available since the cot we brought will be outgrown by next year) and step stools in each bathroom in case one of the littles needed a boost to get to the sink. It was especially convenient having 2 storage sheds in the covered parking garage available in which we could store our bikes (we didn't find a bike rack on the property) and beach buggy. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards in the sheds. There was a bit of traffic noise especially in the morning because we were right on the main road, but that was to be expected. The walk to beach was OK. Mini golf, candy shop, Sunsations, Tap House directly across the street.

Beautiful, spacious, great location!

This was a perfect rental for our 40 year old+ bachelorette party. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own or shared bed, and we designated 1 living room the "hang out", and I blew up an air mattress in the other living room (so nobody had to sleep on the trundle). So many bathrooms, we never had to wait for anybody or anything like that. Location is perfect walking distance to lots of stuff for our group of adults (including Seacrets), and seemed like a lot to do in the neighborhood for kids as well. It was on the becah block, which was incredibly convenient, even though we didnt get a ton of beach time because of weather. The rooftop pool was a little rough, but i don't think it was quite ready for the season yet (we were there the weekend before Memorial day). Parking was super easy and convenient, and we loved being able to use the huge bins provided by the building for loading in and out. The beds were all very comfortable, the condos were clean and decorated nicely. My communication with Shoreline Properties was always great as well. I would absolutely come and stay again, and have already recomended this listing to a friend who was looking for a 5 bedroom rental. The only thing people "complained" about was that almost all of the toilets were very high. Some of our shorter guests had dangling feet, and it made it difficult sometimes to "use the bathroom". (: The addition of a couple squatty pottys would have been great! Still, 5 stars across the board

The property was clean and perfect for our large family. Communication was very good with the management. There was a problem with the A/C water all over the laundry room floor and smoke detector needed batteries... all when we first entered the unit. I called and they sent someone promptly. Overall it was great. The main issue I had was the noise from the traffic on Ocean Hwy. I didn't realize it was that close when I booked. The noise was horrible at times and woke up kids a lot. It didn't help that it was senior week and it's also by a bus stop where kids were yelling and screaming late at night. If it weren't for that I would definitely stay again.
