Great Value!!! Immaculate, minutes from the beach, With heated pool !!

Completely remodeled in 2016, this house is full of everything new and always updating as we go. All new flooring (porcelain tile) with plenty of area rugs. New laundry room with LG washer and dryer and laundry sink. Ironing board and steam iron for your pressing pleasure. Kitchen is all new including the lighting. Stocked with all of everything needed for an extended stay. Dishwasher and dish washing soaps ready, under the sink.
Master bedroom has a private exterior door leading to the patio deck. It also has an en suite full bath with shower. The bedding for this room is a king bed only. Guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and the bedding can be either a king or two twin size beds. All bedding new October 2024!
There are towels galore plus beach towels for everyone. Beach chairs and umbrellas too! Siesta beach here we come!
The large wrap around patio deck that encompasses the swimming pool, has comfortable lounging furniture plus an outdoor dining set. If you need to get out of the sun, shade is provided by a Shade Sail and umbrella. The swimming pool is heated by an electric heat pump to 85 degrees. From November to the middle of April there is a easy roller type solar blanket for the cool nights that helps keep the cost of heating the pool down, as there is no extra charge for the pool heating.
All tvs have Xfinity WIFI with Roku streaming in Guest mode. There are tvs in both bedrooms and the living room.
The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.

Our second stay at this property was again wonderful. Tina is a great host. She provides everything you might need for your stay and then some. Convenient location to many areas of Sarasota and only about 10-15 mins from Siesta Key. We will definitely book again.

Very clean and comfortable. The house was just right for all our needs. This is by far the cleanest Vrbo house I have rented. No issues or worries. Tina was very accommodating! My family and I would not hesitate to seek her out for a rental when in the area!!!!

Check in was seamless as Tina meets you there and goes over everything in the home. The home has everything you need. Tina has thought of everything when it comes to the necessities of her guests. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The home is in a great location as you have easy access to get to the beach in 15 minutes. The home is well maintained and Tina has made sure you have everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, a cooler and plenty of towels. Great home, you won't be disappointed if you stay here! Also, I've stayed at many VRBO's and this home was one of the cleanest homes I've stayed in.

A Wonderful Host and Home

Tina's property is immaculate. She has thought of everything to make her guest comfortable. The pool was clean and the water warm. The outdoor area is set up in a way that you would never have to leave. We hope to be in Sarasota soon and we'll be back at Tina's for our stay.

Our stay, though brief, was truly memorable. The house was impeccably maintained and offered a warm, inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the unique and charming experience of sharing the pool area with friendly bunnies and a duck—an unexpected delight that made our visit even more special. Sarasota 2025

This was the second year my sister and I took a vacation in Sarasota at this property. We absolutely loved both vacations and can't wait for the next one. Tina is a fabulous hostess and pays attention to every single detail you may want or need. The home is fully supplies with any ordinary item you may require in you stay and there are many stores nearby if you may want more than what is supplied. I love her style of decor!! and outdoor plants! Cleanliness is top notch! Any time we had a question (about any topic) she was extremely quick to respond and we didn't have to go through any other party to get a hold of her. Our time at this place was absolutely PERFECT! Thank you Tina! I cant wait to see you next year!!

Another lovely stay

This was a return visit. When I saw this property was available for my dates I jumped on it. Tina is a wonderful host! Great communication and very helpful. The property is comfortable, clean and well equipped with lots of personal touches. The pool is heaven and the backyard area is very zen with plenty of lounging and sitting areas both sunny and shaded.

Wonderful rental

Wonderful rental. Beautiful home with a pool. Perfect for a family beach getaway. Only 15 minutes to Siesta Key. Owner is extremely nice, met us to give a tour and go over house rules. Would definitely rent here again.

Well maintained property; lots of rules

While the neighborhood is not the greatest, the owners clearly put a lot of care into the home. The home is comfortable and well-appointed, particularly the backyard pool area. Here’s where things got a little odd - we were told during check in that the thermostat is limited to 70 degrees. My family tends to be hot sleepers, I didn’t say anything in the moment and decided to wait and see how we felt later. I texted the owner later asking if we could lower below 70 because the rooms were warm. She basically said no, and then suggested turning on the fans (which we already did). It was a warm and uncomfortable sleep for us. Woke up sweating a few times but wasn’t going to argue with the owner. This is the first time an owner has met me for check-in, lots of rules. Strangely, there is a sign in the bathroom about not flushing non-flushables (makes sense) and flushables (we weren’t sure what that meant, and didn’t want to know).

A lovely retreat

Tastefully decorated, beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully stocked with all that you need. Great location with nearby restaurants and shops; 15 to 20 minutes to downtown theaters., museums and the symphony. Owner quickly responded to texts and emails. Suggestions: grab bars in showers and railing at pool would be great for seniors. Solid core doors would afford more privacy. Pool water never as warm as noted. Outdoor grill was wonderful but steak knives would have been nice. Overall we recommend this property .

Horrible mattress

This was a nice house. Very clean and well stocked. We were told the pool was heated,technically it was!! It only had a solar cover which made it almost impossible to use. The king size beds are 2 very old old mattress’s zip tied together. Might have enjoyed the place more if I was able to sleep.

Perfect home & backyard oasis

This property is immaculate and the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The host was very thoughtful in all the extra touches. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Beds were very comfortable. We walked the neighborhood daily which was very quiet. It was centrally located & easy access to many areas around town. Siesta Key access only about 10-15 mins. We found a little hidden gem restaurant called Evie’s Tavern just a 9 min walk through neighborhood with indoor & outdoor dining. I’m a very picky person & I have nothing negative at all to say. We will definitely be using this property again for vacation.

What a great place to stay. Everything you need. Very clean. Felt like I was at home! Loved the private pool always warm even in the evening and the large patio areas. It was lovely and your attention to details in the Villa was spot on especially all the cleaning essentials and grocery items that were left for us,and the bottle of wine and fruit All we had to do was sit back and enjoy our surroundings We will return to Sarasota and will book this Villa again,it's the best in Sarasota.Thank you Tina for looking after us.Colin+Polly x

Never again

I'd really was hoping not to have to leave such a bad review. Reason being is the home was very clean. Location was great but our trip was actually ruined.. my sisters and I had A trip originally booked the week of September 26 as we all know hurricane Helene came we changed it to the following week. Then we saw that that week looked like there was possibility of more storms so we reached out again and at this point, she did not want to change the dates. You can tell through text and messaging that she was getting a little aggravated as I told her, we could not control the weather and we don't want to be down there for a hurricane. We're traveling quite a ways and spending money and would like to enjoy ourselves, so she said she would not change unless it got bad and there was a storm so it looked like it was going to be OK but she also told us that everything was open. The beaches were open and then when we did get down there nothing was open in Sarasota. There were a few things open , I could've dealt with that. It's the fact that she wasn't honest and then while we were there hurricane Milton came and we had to evacuate. So we had to cut our trip a whole day and a half short because there was an evacuation she would not refund us until we showed her or cancellation for our flight , Tampa airport was closed that alone. Should've been reason enough to What?refund us . . She has not even responded to us or concerned for our well being while we were there .

Relaxing setting

Unfortunately for us, we didnt have enough time at this property. Was very cozy, clean, with plenty of attention to detail. Would stay here again.
