A truly unique and adventurous place to stay! 7 bedrooms including a master suite with a king bed. This 3 story house features multiple entertainment spaces, Ping pong and air hockey, and large back yard with trampoline. Multiple smart tvs and unique rooms to sleep and hang out in.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Mice in house - not Mickey

This house was as advertised fairly spacious, comfortable and clean however garage was filthy and all 3 garbage cans were already full. On Day 3 we found mice on the kitchen counters. We asked to be moved to different location and a refund due to loss of a day moving between houses and the mice health hazard. We were relocated to a smaller house. No refund or discount of rate was offered despite significant differences in nightly rate for the two locations. We were still charged the higher rate for the smaller location. Only adjustment was that we were not charged cleaning fee for house with mice. We were offered a future free one night stay. Further attempts to contact have been ignored. Very disappointed. Would not use owner - Premium Rentals in Utah again. They did NOT make this right.

Better than expected

I was hoping for a nice, clean place to stay - and there was more room than I expected, more beds, and the house was built such that there could be a lot of privacy for each of our groups. It was really the nicest place and I was love to stay again in this house.

We enjoyed our stay at this house and our family had lots of fun.

We enjoyed all the varieties of spaces for our family to hang out and the fun amenities provided. The kitchen was easy to use but there were a few problems that I feel should be fixed. The dishwasher bottom rack’s wheels are missing so it made it difficult to pull out and load and unload. I feel it would be nice to have a crockpot available and a few normal spices, salt and pepper were all that was provided or at least we should have been told so we could bring our own. There was no soap in the bathrooms and the towels were not in the bathrooms - we had to find them in the dryer. The garbage was a real problem but I’m not sure what could be done if there are guests one after another and no garbage day in between. Another garbage can?
