Located on the heights of Lorient, vacation rental Nita is a charming, peaceful and very private property with a stunning view over the ocean and the sumptuous Saint Barths’ sunsets. Only a few minutes from Lorient Beach, this beautiful three-bedroom vacation home is the perfect place for groups of friends or family stays in the Caribbean.
Built-in a modern style on two levels, the vacation home Nita offers upscale services and a great comfort. The spacious living space includes a living room with a high-quality home cinema as well as soft sofas for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen is bright with many pop red hints with a breakfast bar as an ideal place to talk over a coffee. You’ll also enjoy dining around the beautiful table which can accommodate up to six guests. Large windows open onto the terrace with an outstanding view over St. Barths’ waters, with deep blue ocean and soft green of the nearby hills' colours.
On the terrace, a beautiful heated swimming pool faces the breathtaking view for pleasant moments of relaxation at any time. An outdoor lounge and comfortable armchairs covered with coloured cushions are located on the terrace, for reading, talking or resting sessions while enjoying the view and the mild Caribbean air. It is also the perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the glowing light show.
The rental home in St. Barths Nita welcomes you in three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with upscale comfort. Two of them are located on either side of the large living room and open onto the large terrace. These two are furnished with queen-sized beds and come with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and can be accessed through an outside staircase. It has a king-size bed which can be converted into twin beds upon request, as well as its own bathroom and a private terrace with deckchairs.
