Welcome to Time and Tide Cottage... Nestled along the enchanting Rendezvous Creek tidal area, this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home is your sanctuary of tranquility, a place where time slows, and life’s tides bring new joys with each season.
Begin your days basking in the sun and swimming at Millway Beach, a mere .48 miles away. As evening falls, venture into the heart of Barnstable Village, only .3 miles away, and indulge in its array of delightful dining options. For a waterfront experience, wander to the Mattakeese Wharf restaurant, where you can savor dinner as the twilight dances over the water. Just steps from your door, embark on a Whale Watch boat tour departing from the marina, adding a touch of adventure to your stay.
Inside, the cottage is a truly modern retreat that exudes charm and comfort. The main floor starts in the family room with vaulted ceilings, comfy seating and cable TV. Next comes the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, gas stove and everything you need to cook and grill amazing meals. Right off of the kitchen is another living area with an additional cable TV and a desk (in case you HAVE to get some work done…) plus a full bathroom with attached laundry area.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The primary bedroom is by itself off the family room and features a private en-suite bathroom, a heavenly California king bed, great views and another work space in case you really need some where private to get work done, or just spend some time reflecting. The other main floor bedroom is on the other side of the home, off of the kitchen/living room and is perfectly appointed with double bed and tasteful decor. Ascend the spiral staircase to find the third bedroom, nestled in the eaves, offering a unique and whimsical hideaway with two twin beds and a lovely seating nook next to the windows. The main floor bedrooms have adjustable beds.
While the inside of the home is amazing, the outdoor space is peerless. Tucked behind a privacy wall, blocking you from prying eyes, is a magical oasis with different seating and entertainment areas complimenting different times of day. Watch the morning light grow while sipping your coffee in the smaller, lower seating area off of the deck. Swing away the afternoon with someone special on the two person wooden swing. Spend sunsets rocking away on the deck while sipping that first Cape Codder of the night. Evenings are for s’mores parties around the wood burning fire pit. Enjoy meals any time of day at the dining table, next to the gas grill.
Ductless AC units in all bedrooms and living areas ensure comfort during warm summer nights. A whole-house automatic generator provides peace of mind, ensuring your stay remains uninterrupted by unexpected power outages. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, conveniently managed with the beach pass provided, giving you free parking at Town of Barnstable Beaches.

7 night minimums, Sat to Sat during the peak season. 3 night minimums during the shoulder seasons. Dogs are considered, please inquire before booking. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
