This beach house, perfectly located just a few houses from a private beach, is in a quiet neighborhood great for family bike rides. This home features central air, a large family room and 4 spacious bedrooms. It also has a large deck for relaxing and cooking on the Weber grill. There is a large garage and 4 car driveway. Enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. With high speed internet and a 65 inch HD TV (cable TV) for all to enjoy in the family room we can't imagine anything else you'll need to make the most of your Cape vacation!!

The area: Five minute walk to Millway Marina, daily whale watches and boat rentals, great food and drink located at the Mattakeese Wharf Restaurant and the take out fresh fish Market. Go to downtown Barnstable Village for ice cream, shopping and restaurants or drive to nearby Craigville Beach.

Loved our stay in Barnstable. The house was perfect! All the amenities, Christmas decorations and plenty of room to play games, eat and relax with Family. Short walk to the beach, easy ride into town, and a little snow to make it festive. Would highly recommend this house and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our entire family for the Thanksgiving week. This house had everything needed to accommodate 6 adults and 6 young children. Plenty of comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen is very well equipped. Impressive amount of seating for meals together. Living room offered comfortable seating for relaxing and playing games. Downstairs game room was a lovely bonus. Peaceful, safe neighborhood for walking to the beach and riding the provided bicycles, such a treat! Amazing, responsive hosts. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 littles were only in the area for a long weekend but couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, cleanliness, space and any amenity you would need in a rental. The furnished game room was an added bonus , although with the nice weather and short stay, we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. We appreciated the many tvs, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating, inside and out. Thanks again to the hosts for the great communication.

Close to Everything!

A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. The house is so roomy and comfortable - our group of 7 enjoyed it so much. The kids hung out downstairs in the game room in the evening. Easy walk to the water and local restaurant for dinner. The hosts were extremely quick to answer questions. We look forward to coming back.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was in a fantastic location, which made everything easily accessible. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our experience. The rental had everything we could possibly need. We loved the fact the rental was only a 5 minute walk to some of the freshest seafood. We definitely celebrated our friend's 50th in style!We would love to return in the future.

Fun family getaway

The house was just as advertised, the hosts were responsive and very easy to work with, the location was unbeatable!! We had a fantastic little getaway during April school vacation… everyone from the Grandchildren up to the Grandparents had a wonderful time, can’t beat the neighborhood or the beach access . We hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time spending a week at this property. Clean and well equipped. There was plenty to do both inside the house and nearby. So nice to be only a few minute walk from the beach. Kids said they had so much fun. Hope to be back here again soon!

Beautiful house in great location

The house was in a great location and had all of the amenities for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach and a 20-min walk to downtown. The house included all of the amenities you would need and more.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 kids all under 5. House is spacious and was well equipped with all we needed. Great location, so close to the beach, playgrounds and restaurants.

Great Hosts/Perfect Location

The house was very comfortable and well-stocked. The outdoor shower is amazing. Danielle and Lisa were very responsive. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you so much!

Great mid-Cape location

Our group of 9 loved the house. It's so close to the beach and a harbor that has two restaurants and a whale watching tour company. It felt like you could be less than 30 minutes to any place between Sandwich and Chatham which made it easy to take short trips around the Cape. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for our large group and having two tables in the kitchen allowed us all to eat together. Everything worked and was well maintained. The kids room had a few toys in the closet which our 4 and 5 year old boys loved. Our older kids (and the adults who are kids at heart) loved the ping pong and pool table in the large basement. I joked the only thing it was missing was a pinball machine or a couple arcade games. Having a beach so close was a huge benefit. It's a sandy beach and not terribly busy. You can walk out a fairly long way during low tide which allowed for some fun seashell searching and finding crabs. We never bothered making a trip to Mayflower or Corporation beach of how convenient it was. The host was very easy to reach for questions we had, but the document we got prior to check in addressed 90% of our questions. We'd definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Cape Cod.

Great location

Nice neighborhood and nice having private beach. Owner was very receptive. We only had 2 wash clothes and no dish towels and she has them delivered same day.

splendid vacation

Our family had a great time in this spacious Cape home. It really helped bring our family together and have lots of fun. What made it better was the games we had access too and the spacious rooms we were able to have to acquaint the little ones as well as the adults. This is a house we would visit again for the holidays for sure. The owners were very kind and responded quickly to our questions as well. Thank you for the memories!

We had a great time, the house is beautiful, I enjoyed the jacuzzi, it’s spacious and comfortable.

The kids went for bike ride to the beach and candy store. Enough space for everyone to do their own things. Nice surrounds speakers for movie which we did a lot. Close drive and walk to a lot things. Thank you Danielle. I would definitely return, if given the opportunity. Thank so much 😊

Great property for families!

We just spent a week at this property with 11 family members. The younger kids loved the bunk beds and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The beach was perfect for the youngest children...they had fun exploring all the creatures at low tide. The owner was a fantastic communicator. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to make many meals at the house. The garage was full of everything you need at the beach...chairs, buckets, toys, and even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. This property made our week really easy!

The Nagel Family vacation

The house was exactly what we expected. We had 10 family members and it worked great for showers, meals, and sleeping. The central location in the Cape worked well for sites and restaurants.

We are a family from Weymouth who has vacationed in this beautiful Cape Cod neighborhood for decades. Our dream was to one day own our own home in this area. We are sure you will fall in love with Barnstable Harbor as we did!

We fell in love with this house for many reasons! Our top three? The location can't be beat. The house is just seconds away from a private deeded beach and minutes away from some of Cape Cod's most beautiful public beaches. The neighborhood exudes Cape Cod charm and is safe and convenient for bike riding/jogging/strolling through the interconnecting neighborhood streets. And as for the house itself, the spacious open floor plan, the cozy cape feel, and endless storage sealed the deal!
