Comfortable unit offering 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, modern living and dining area, and beautiful finishes. We can assure this spot is your perfect home away from home.
You're within walking distance to many great local shops and eateries as well as close proximity to downtown, The Forks, and St. Boniface Hospital!



-Check-in : 4 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability + additional charges) for check-in after 10PM, please notify us
-Checkout : 11 AM (Late checkout is subject to availability + additional charges
-Last Minute bookings for same day check-ins may have a delayed check-in time of until 7 PM due to the last-minute notice. Please check with us prior to booking!
-Smart TV with streaming apps are provided but with the use of your personal account
-Complimentary Starter Packs are provided to jump start your stay & not meant to last for the whole duration of your stay.
-Trailer Parking NOT available (includes other oversized vehicles)
-Street parking is subject to snow bans and traffic bans: Tenants can check the availability by calling 311 and check snow route bans on KnowYourZone app

-Extra Pillows, Blankets, Towels, Crib & High Chair is available upon request, subject to availability w/ transportation charge (request must be made at least 24 hrs before check-in on weekdays)
-The shared building amenities may be closed for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice. Nest Host has no control over these and will not issue any refunds/ entertain cancellations for the said reason.
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by Nest Host) Guest can request Nest Host to roll out the bins for $30. DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.
-Mailbox use is unavailable
-Management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants
-OFFICE Hours: 9AM - 6PM Weekdays
-Emergency Line for lockouts, flooding, power outage is available after hours + weekends
-Mid-stay cleanings must be scheduled for stays 60 days and above. This is a complimentary clean but is vital for us to ensure the maintenance of our property.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer
-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Nest Host)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure

St. Boniface is home to one of the largest francophone communities west of the Great Lakes, and it is the heart of Manitoba's French history and culture. While here, you can stroll along le boulevard Provencher and visit boutiques and quaint cafés along the way.

One of the city’s major architectural landmarks, Cathédrale de Saint-Boniface, attracts thousands of visitors each year. The current cathedral is the sixth church to be built on this site since 1818. Journey back in time to the fur-trade era with a visit to Fort Gibraltar. The fort is a reproduction of the original fur trade post built by the North-West Company around 1810. In summer, costumed interpreters guide visitors through this historical site, while in February it is part of the 10-day festivities of Festival du Voyageur, Western Canada’s largest winter festival.

St Boniface
This is a fairly new property. The location is good for the St Boniface area. The building is much smaller than the pictures show. The furniture is good but very mismatched. For example, the high stools are not usable at the breakfast bar. You cannot sit and eat at the counter. The TV has no local signals. A big drawback. The parking allows less than a foot of room side to side which creates issues regarding who arrives first out of the four spots. The host sent numerous emails regarding check in, check out, parking, licence plate request and garbage pickup. Way too much hassle and corporate lingo. At the end of our trip, we were charged 25.00 dollars for a broken glass in their post inspection report. I disputed the charge because we never ate in the location and did not use any glasses. They did not answer or reply to my concerns. I would suggest that this is a difficult company to work with and you seek a better host somewhere else. My family and I will never cross their doorstep again.

Home away from Home
Our family used this property to be close to my mom while she was in the hospital. Newly renovated, very nice modern decor. The beds/bedding were comfy and bedrooms had large closets. Neighbourhood was quiet. Washer/dryer was convenient but super loud (don't run them at night!). There was no kitchen table and the stools for the island were bar height (should have been counter height) so eating together as a family was a little awkward. We brought in our own TV tables. Livingroom was small. Main floor had a huge storage under the stairs, great if you had a bike for commuting. Originally had issues with the d/w but property mgmt helped us solve the problem. Overall I would recommend this property!
