>• All garbage and cigarette butts are to be removed from the beach.

>• Pets are to be leashed and supervised at all times on common property and the beach, and must be picked up after promptly. Pets should be walked and do their business away from our lawn. Pets must be pre-approved and 25lbs or less.
>• Please refrain from smoking on decks and common areas. No cigarette butts allowed on beach or grounds Please do not use bleach for laundry thank you!
>• Normal quiet times are between 11:00pm – 7:00am. We ask that all owners, tenants and guests are
mindful and considerate of others in the complex and try to limit any excessive noise. >We kindly ask that you remind your renters of the above policies. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions and concerns. Have a great summer!
>Fire Pits >Please be diligent when us in fire pits. Fires should not be started when wind and/or weather are such that to do so would be hazardous.
A competent adult must be in charge of the fire at all times and must remain in attendance until the fire is completely extinguished; special care must be taken to supervise children around all fires.
There must>be sufficient resources to prevent a fire from getting beyond control, causing damage or becoming dangerous to life or property.

No owner or guest shall cause or permit smoke to be a nuisance to their neighbors or allow smoke to interfere with the rights of other persons’ use and enjoyment of their unit or common property. All fires must be extinguished by 11pm.

Forestry rules closures apply to fires in the strata.
