The location was great. Just a block from the beach. House was mostly clean but one of the toilets was dirty when we arrived. Patio furniture was a bit deteriorated. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The property was very clean and well accommodated. Super close to the beach. Friendly staff! Clear and easy communication! 10/10 would recommend and if we ever go back, we will definitely be returning!

Everything was up to par with what was detailed in the reservation. Super nice & very clean apartment. No problems with checking in, and no complaints at all. I would not bring many things staying here since it is a lot of stairs & the railings were falling off. As well as there’s just one parking spot for only one car. There was plenty of parking by the beach access, but i wish it would be 2 cars instead of 1 since you can fit them both in that parking spot.

Weekend getaway

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Everything was conveniently close the beach was across the street parking to the beach was rough but was not a far walk would definitely come back

Everything was great the only thing was the pool was too cold to get in and no dryer to dry pool clothes. Everything else was great

Wonderful time

This was just perfect for my family of 5. Parking was tricky sometimes, but overall the location was great and it gave us enough space so we weren't all on to of each other

This place was incredibly clean and spacious, it very easily fit our family of 4 with our baby we were so comfortable. it is less then a minute walk to the beach. the balcony was a lovely feature you can hear the waves from your room. they were stocked with everything you could imagine in the kitchen to use, so we were able to make a really nice breakfast. however it started to hail suddenly and our power immediately went out. it was out for a couple of hours and that was frustrating as we couldnt make lunch like we wanted but i understand weather is unpredictable. It is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very steep so be prepared for that and take your time going up and down them. besides that it was an absolutely wonderful stay and we WILL be back.

The perfect little condo 💛

Had the best time in SPI!! Couldn’t be more impressed with this cozy little condo. It was the perfect getaway from home. Perfect size. Pool was nice! Not far from the beach. Perfect walking distance. Cute little coffee shop Karma is right down the block. Nice view. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you!!

1 block walk to the beach!

This is a perfectly situated location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the public beach access 6 as well as coffee shops, the boardwalk, and dining. The condo was immaculately clean, stylish, and probably one of the best appointed ones I have stayed in, we are military and travel extensively. Check in was very professional! Emails are sent in advance of check-in as well to make the already seamless process even more so. The beds were very comfortable. Lastly, we absolutely appreciated that beach towels and chairs were provided. My only critique to make this an off the charts rental is that the keypad needs to be replaced as it is a 20 min temper inducing process to open the door, one of the residents even tried to help and shook his head. And, the fan remote controls were nowhere to be found. Otherwise, we will certainly stay again!

Our stay at the actual property was wonderful. The spaces were very clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed It was also a three minute walk from the beach which made it super easy to get to/from the apartment. The only negative thing was the company that manages the property, South Padre Rentals. The staff was short and not understanding of our needs. Tropical storm Alberto was in full swing and we tried to change the reservation to a different date as driving there was very dangerous and tricky. They were not accommodating whatsoever. They also said the manager would get in touch with me and they never did.

Overall the condo was pretty nice and descent. It was literally walking distance to the beach which was a plus. The only down fall was a permanent resident down stairs had a dog that barked all night which didn’t let us sleep most of the night and that was awful.
