- One of the hot tub pumps is currently not functioning. The hot tub is still usable, but performance may be reduced. A repair is scheduled for May 28, 2025
- There are no railings on the swim deck, and the property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children
- Lake Hamilton is lowered every year starting in November until early March (exact dates may vary) to allow for vegetation control. Boats are lifted out of the lake for winter storage. The lake will not be accessible via the boat ramps and docks, and the kayaks will not be available during this time

Great!

We had a quick weekend trip with our grown kids and it was lovely. The house was just perfect for what we needed. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the deck. The property manager was in touch from the beginning and it was nice to know he was available should anything arise. We'll definitely be back.

The accuracy of the property description is spot on. We really enjoyed having the private boat ramp for ease od launching our boat in and out of the water.

Wonderful Family Weekend!

Perfect place for our family weekend! The house is updated nicely and has plenty of room. My grandchildren loved the morning geese visits. We brought our boat and had lots of water fun on the lake and also relaxing on floats right by the dock. Will book again!

Great place to unwind

From the time we stepped into this home, we felt at home. Everything beautiful, clean, and with all the basic necessities for couple nights stay. Relaxing on the back porch, soaking in the hot tub, and taking a short kayak ride in the lake filled out days of adventure in Hot Springs, AR.

Great house just needs pest control

Place was great. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen. And a lot of them. So we had to make sure everything was put in fridge including chips.

Great Lake house

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautifully updated with everything you need. Only complaint is the ceiling fans and lights will randomly turn on and off in the middle of the night. Also, we would love mirrors in the bedrooms for girls trips and getting ready! The hot tub with lake views was our favorite part!! We would definitely stay again!!!

The property was nice great views, easy access to the water, however, it smell like wet dog when we checked in and very limited paper products, which was not told to bring so bring your own trash bags, your own paper towels, and your own toilet paper

Awesome sister trip

This home was absolutely beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the lake. It was a short drive for us to get to the bath houses and do some shopping. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would suggest hooks and mirrors for the bedrooms. Also, the lights in the 2 hall bedrooms would just come on during the night; it was very strange. Other than that, everything was just what was needed for us to enjoy our sister trip!

Weekend getaway

Great location! The house is exactly as it looks online. Had a few questions after arriving and they were answered quickly. Things to note: All bedroom fans appear to operate on the same remote even though there are separate remotes in each room, propane tank was empty in the table fire pit on the deck, the outdoor fan didn't work (well we couldn't get it to work...could be us), neighbor who helps with the place was super nice! Also don't walk on the grass without shoes... nothing that can be done about this but just a word of warning. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!

House was beautiful with a couple of exceptions. The deck needed cleaning (cob webs) along with hot tub (debris and white stuff floating) Chairs were not in good shape (strings broken) and covered in bird poo. Also packages arrived daily sometimes twice a day. The house was very nice and right on the lake. Would have loved to sit outside and enjoy it. The outside just needed some care and attention also.

Great place!

I would definitely recommend staying here! Right on the water! We had 7 adults and the house was great for us! Just a few things we couldn't figure out...the fans all have remotes and they all seem to work all together regardless of what remote is used. A person in one bedroom would turn their fan on and all of them came on. Same with lights. It was probably just us and it didn't frustrate us, we actually had a good laugh. The owners are very responsive when we had questions. Having kayaks and floats for us to use was a big plus!

Nice getaway

The property was in a nice location and plenty of parking. Upon arrival we found leftover trash on the back porch and beer cans in the flower beds on both sides of the back porch. The house was super nice and well described per the listing. The neighbors on the lakeside are not friendly at ALL! They hollered at us not once but twice to tell us to slow down in the boat and watch for the kids. We were already at idle and I politely told the neighbor that, but he was still very rude about it. We have a lake house ourself and completely understand being respectful coming into the cove and not making a wake. The long term tenant in the front was super friendly and helped with anything that was needed. Overall not a bad stay, but not sure we will be back due to the rude neighbors hollering.

Inside pristine, outside not so much

We chose this rental for the location (Eclipse 2024) on a lake with an outdoor hot tub. We imagined ourselves watching the eclipse from the hot tub. What we got was somewhat different. The inside space is pristine and very clean. There are a couple of ceiling fan issues but overall it was lovely. The outdoor space was not what we expected. There were 4 chairs for a house that sleeps 9. The deck was filthy with mud. The hot tub had no chlorine in it and it was dirty. Literally black dirt/mud all around the top of the hot tub, on the chlorine floater, on the head rests, dirt in the seats and bottom of the hot tub. The house is managed by Evolve Travel. I contacted them about the hot tub issues and provided photos. They sent a handyman who threw some chlorine in the hot tub, gave a quick wipe to the dirt and left. He did not test the ph or consider cleaning the dirt at the bottom of the hot tub and all that remained along the sides. The kayaks that were provided had a single seat back for 6 kayaks. One of the kayaks had a hole in it. We figured that out when it we took took it for a paddle and it sunk. I contacted Evolve again. Provided more hot tub pictures. Asked that they test the pH, etc. They basically told me ā€œtoo bad, you havenā€™t proven your case, weā€™re closing thisā€. Not ok. We were told the house is owned by someone who lives in California so they probably donā€™t see the issues. Itā€™s a shame because itā€™s a lovely house inside and sits in a great location.

Girls trip

We LOVED this home. We booked this home for our annual girls trip and we could not be happier! The photos do not do it justice! It is right on the water, which everyone loved. Tucked away in a quiet cove. Kayaking was a breeze and so peaceful. Perfect deck for a morning cup of coffee or evening in the hot tub. The inside was spacious and very well put together we had everything we needed. The host was reachable and very kind! We hope to come back again.

Relaxing weekend

We had a great relaxing weekend here and enjoyed the house. The inside was very nice and updated and the beds were very comfy. The view was beautiful.

Fabulous Lake Views

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The views from almost every room are gorgeous and the back deck is the perfect way to spend an evening. We will be back! Thank you for thinking of everything.
