Welcome to the best location in Downtown Frisco—right on the scenic 10 Mile Creek! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests in beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Drift off to the soothing sounds of mountain water and wake up ready to explore!

Step out the front door to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Or, hop on the free Summit Stage shuttle just a block away, offering easy access to nearby ski resorts (Copper & Breckenridge from Main St) and neighboring towns.

The space features two master bedrooms, including a unique, kid-friendly master that sleeps up to 5. With 5 queen beds (including a pullout and blowup mattress) and 1 twin bed, there’s plenty of room for up to 5 couples or large families. Perfect for kids with a closet full of toys, board games, booster seats, a pack & play, and more.

Amazing small town mountain retreat

Best stay ever for a relaxing winter vacation in a quaint mountain town. This property feels like a home with beautiful backyard views of the trees and a creek with all the necessary amenities included (like brand new appliances), all within walking distance to main street with shopping and dining. Things that I forgot, like ziploc baggies, spices, hot chocolate and so much more, the house had available. Everything we needed to make our own meals, like a griddle, mixer, pots/pans, and coffee makers, the house had. The large room in the basement was a perfect place for the older teenagers to relax in their own space while others had two separate rooms upstairs. Way above a 5-star property!

Comfortable ski duplex in a great location

Two families enjoyed our stay here. It is a classic old-school ski place, but with nice updates to the kitchen in particular. We found it comfortable and very clean, and loved how easy it was to walk to dinner and to the ski bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting on Ten Mile Creek.

The Townhouse was nicely furnished, well provisioned and accurately described. Not only a beautiful location on the Ten Mile Creek, but also only a block from Mainstreet and walkable to many restaurants.

Perfect base camp for summer mountain fun!

We loved the cabin’s location, only a block from the downtown park, but also right on 10 mile creek. Nothing beats leaving the windows open at night to the sound of rushing water! Kitchen was well equipped and we felt very much at home and had everything we needed for our several weeks stay. Cabin is older built and has close in neighbors, typical of the houses in this neighborhood, but one can tell the owners have lovingly kept it updated and remodeled over the years and continues to be one of the most desirable rental units in the downtown area. We definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again in the future.

First time in Frisco

We had a great time in Frisco with our son and DIL for a long weekend. Location could not have been better. Loved listening to the water rushing behind the condo. Could walk to restaurants and hiking. Short drive to the marina for paddle boarding. What an ideal place! Hope to come Back.

We had an amazing vacation in Frisco. The house was perfect!

Jocelyn was very helpful in answering questions and assisting in the process. The description of the property is good but the location is amazing to see in person! All family members were very impressed with the house and thought it was perfect for gathering as a family and offering various activities in the area for everyone. Thank you!

Great location!

This house was perfect for us. Great location for skiing, shopping and relaxation. Beautiful view from the living room. We’ll stock kitchen and very comfortable living room. We would love to spend some time there in the summer too!

Great location in town, but on creek in nature

Had an old woman week with childhood friends. Place was perfectly positioned so we could walk to town and also take the dog on nature walks. Plenty of parking for big cars, but all were too big for the garage. Good, safe bike storage though. House itself worked great and we spent a lot of time in the greatroom and back deck.

Lovely location; well kept property

We had a blast in Frisco. Perfectly located for short walks to the town. Frisco was a great hub for day trips to other mountain towns. Property was well kept and owner was very flexible and responsive.

Location Location Location!

That old real estate maxim applies to this place: "location, location, location." This really nice home/cabin backs up to a lovely creek and is only a two block walk to the charming town of Frisco. The back deck has lots of tables and chairs and looks right out on Tenmile Creeek. But what really impressed us was how well stocked the home was. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO homes around the world. And no matter how nice the home is, there always seemed to be something missing -- especially in the kitchen. But not this place. It had absolutely everything you could want to make for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that the kitchen had everything from big items like a coffee maker and a toaster to little things like salt and pepper shakers. There wasn't a single dish, glass, pot, pan, or utensil missing. We were super impressed. And the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Even though there were just two of us staying at the home, its layout is very conducive to bigger groups.

We LOVED this house. It is adjacent to a high-bank creek with that was running full force during our visit, and we loved nature’s white noise through the open windows. Immaculately clean with kitchen/great room conducive to being together. It was about a 3 minute walk to charming Frisco Main Street. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere, including to nearby trailheads. Owner Joclyn was immediately responsive to help correct one small issue. I hope to visit again.

Great location!

Loved this property. Close to trails, restaurants, and reservoir. Beautiful views of river and mountains. So relaxing to sit on the patio and listen to the water rushing by. The hosts supplies everything needed. Very clean.

Great location! The river alone is amazing. Lots of space To roam.

I highly recommend this spot. It’s the perfect location. Great kitchen and lots of space. We had minute issues in which the landlord was on top of immediately. We’ll be going back sooner than later... wish I was back there now.

Great place, great location

This was our first VRBO stay and it was excellent. This is a great place, right off Main Street and easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Shuttle stop to the ski hill is an easy 4-5 block walk and runs every half hour to keystone, breck and a few others. Description is very accurate - yes, appliances are a bit dated but work fine. It’s a comfortable place to stay, easy to keep clean, and small details are well taken care of. Garage entry is convenient with ski gear. Nice river view from the deck too. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great stay, location and communication!

We had a great stay, the layout and location are great (River was beautiful and walking to main st frisco, end of town for super easy access to copper). Appreciate great pet friendly options that sleep a lot of people and are still comfortable!! We would love to come back. Owners were very friendly and responsive. Only recommendation would be more lighting in the living room for games/group time in the evenings.
