The house was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and worked for our group. Nice outdoor areas as well.

Enjoyed our stay very much for our annual guys trip. House was clean. great communication by the owner, easy check in and nice to have a hot tub.

We recently stayed at this vacation rental with family. The house was very good with fully stocked up essentials. And the best part of the house was the game room!!!The host, Carlon was very quick and efficient in responding to all our messages. Only wish the check out time could have been a little longer so that it's easier for big families to wrap up at ease.

I hope that you have been comfortable and that you had fun getting out and about, exploring our very special Mendocino coast! I apologize about the early check out, we used to be 11 am but there were some guest who departed that really left the houses a total disaster and if because a quality control thing to ensure that we have time to make sure that everything is perfect and ready for the next guests arrival. I totally understand though, Im a crack of noon kind of guy and like to sleep in.. Always know that you always have a home with us and are always welcome back at any time! The house was clean and peaceful. My family loved the game room and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved this property. So many fun activity options, warm and inviting, modern and clean, and reply. Very much enjoyed it. I might suggest a recycle bin next to the garbage can as a reminder that it needs to be separate.

Absolutely loved this place. So clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again. I love that it sits back from all the other houses.

Fort Bragg Family Fun

This was a perfect location to spend with my family. The detached game room was definitely a plus. The kids and adults equally enjoyed it. The location near big beach access was perfect too.

Awesome home on the coast.

This property.Was the perfect mix of privacy, woodsy and yet so close to everything and perfect size for the family.game room was fun for all. Great hot tub.

Annual Trip To Coast

The second time we have stayed here. Great base camp for day excursions. Comfortable home, with a game room / theater for evening fun.

Great for family!

Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The game room was a terrific space. We were traveling with 19-21 year olds who enjoyed having a space to themselves in the evenings.

Great for families!

My girlfriend and I stayed here with our 6 kids ages 6-17. We all had an amazing time! The game room was a huge hit as was the hot tub! The house is very well stocked and clean! Close to town but feels secluded. We saw deer in the yard a few times as well!

Great Family Trip

We just had a few days, and it was the first time we took our six year old daughter to the Mendo coast. The house was a perfect place for base camp and she enjoyed the chalk boards and game room after getting back from our day outings. We really enjoyed to layout and privacy of the house. They have done a fantastic job in making this a family fun place to stay.

I met up with daughter and grandkids..home is older but remodeled..has great set up for famimies. Enjoywd the hot tub, the game room and well ewuipped kitchen

What a great location and accommodation! Our group of 8 fit perfectly and the location was a perfect spot for exploring the area and celebrating my birthday. Quiet spot at the end of the road and beautifully landscaped and decorated. The game room was a huge hit with the kiddos. I wish we had been able to stay another day to just hang out and enjoy the property. We had visits from deer, quail, crows (maybe a raven or 2?).

Great Mendocino Getaway

The house was very comfortable and spacious. We had 5 adults with us and found everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot and the game room was a nice place to play around. If you wake up early enough, you may catch some deer grazing in the front yard!

Wonderful family getaway spot!

Loved this house! We vacation with another family once every summer and finding just the right spot to accommodate 7 people can be tricky, but this place was perfect! The game room is fantastic to occupy the little ones during down time. The hot tub and fire pit make for chill evenings. The house is within just a few miles to Fort Bragg and is very close to beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Coastwood Celebration

Beautiful house. Much bigger than it looks like from the pictures. Has everything you need, modern and clean. Game room is awesome. Hot tub was popular. Thank you for renting your house for our wonderful family getaway.

Perfect family vacation house

The home was clean on arrival. There were tons of extra blankets and towels that came in handy for our large group. The house was incredibly well stocked with pantry items, extra toiletries etc. We had a minor issue on arrival which was quickly resolved with prompt and responsive communication from the property manager. This is an ideal property for a family vacation. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Lovely home near the coast

Even with a crazy storm and a power outage the first day there, this was a lovely place to stay. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and full kitchen, which was pretty well stocked (small note that a cheese grater would be a great addition!). We heard from our family that the Queen mattress was a little on the hard side but the King bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!
