We do care what happens to our guests because if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have a business. - We have purchased and installed a new tank, and well pump, and had to have the well fracked. This was quite expensive and I know it was best to get it done so that I can continue to rent my home. - The listing clearly states that a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary to access the property. - I understand that Evolve has issued your refund, I hope this makes it a little better. - I know this was an inconvenience please know that I was concerned enough to ensure that you had found other arrangements.
