This beautifully refreshed two-story townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and scenic lagoon views. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area—all thoughtfully updated with fresh paint, new artwork, and newly reupholstered dining chairs—creating a bright and inviting space. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy peaceful views of Turtle Lagoon.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a flat-panel TV, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, while the second remodeled bathroom also features a walk-in shower.

Recent upgrades include the replacement of carpeting with beautiful luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the bedrooms, hallway, and stairway, adding a modern touch and enhanced comfort to your stay.

The Property Management was great! However upon entry of the condo the foyer floor was dirty and the carpet on the stairs and dirtybedrooms were stained and dirty.

Thank you for your review. The owners and Vacation Time take your comments very seriously and want you to know that the carpet on the stairs and the bedrooms have been thoroughly cleaned and the owner's intention is to have the carpets replaced at the end of the rental season. We apologize for the dirt in the foyer area. This sometimes happens if the landscape company comes and blows off the walkways after the housekeepers have already been there to clean. It gets under the entry door. Please accept our apologies and we hope you will come back to see us again. Thanks again.

Pretty good overall! The place had a cigarette smell. The downstairs is very cold and the upstairs is warm. The stairs are really steep. The beds were ok. The walk to the beach definitely seemed longer than 6 minutes from the place itself. The tv doesn’t work. We did like that the kitchen had pretty much everything and the living room was spacious! The bathrooms were really nice.

The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lots of walks to the beach, shops and dining. Almost nothing required us moving the car.

Summer Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our summer escape could not have been at a better location. Convenient to most everything we wanted. The beach was within walking distance which was most important. All contacts with property management staff were addressed quickly and efficiently. We could not have asked for better service - Thank You!. The property itself was clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. A little attention to detail would have made our stay a little more comfortable - the bed sheets in the master bedroom were rough and it was obvious they had been used quite a bit. The furniture in the community area could also use an upgrade. The added support on the couch made it uncomfortable for some of us. The televisions are on the small side but after a day at the beach we were too tired to really care about watching tv :-). We would rent the unit again because it is in a perfect location. We look forward to visiting again.

Great Condo for Family Vacation

We have moved around to different condos and this year we tried Sea Scape and loved it! It is located in a great spot on Forest Blvd with easy access to the beach. Our unit had newly remodeled bathrooms and was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and all things we would need (including a Kuerig). The property itself was very clean and well maintained and quiet. There are two pools (we only the one closest to us) and it was in great condition. The Vacation Time rental team was amazing as always. No need for keys, this unit has a keypad on the door which made it super easy.

Def not worth the price!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apon arrival, walking in, the floors was dirty, trim was dirty, going up stairs wasn’t cleaned, tiny pieces of trash on the floors, AC unit cooled downstairs amazing, upstairs it was HOT. We had to go buy fans so we could sleep semi comfortable and use the fans at the bottom to push the cold air up top. Breakers in master bath tripped, every time we used hair dryers. Super small baths (don’t think 2 people can be in it at the same time to get ready. Outside seating, sat in the chair, the bottom busted out of it (very old) the others had boards placed in them. IMO i don’t weigh but 140. So no way i was too big for the chair. Also let me add i booked sat-sat. Friday had not been rented . I called and asked to add it on to my stay. They charged an extra cleaning fee, booking fee, & more fees to add ONE night that wasn’t even booked to my stay. How horrible it was to be charged over 300$ plus fees and taxes. Home also very outdated & had visible MOLD. And a musky smell. Mater bed is 2 beds pushed together to make one.
