Hi Melvin, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We value your feedback and have had the home deeply cleaned since your stay. We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests. We also plan to replace all of the carpet on the 14th of August, 2023. - The window blinds were a simple fix as the missing shades slipped out and fell on the window sill and all are now securely back in place. We have replaced the bedroom fan and are looking into updating the sofa set. - The house was inspected after your departure and thankfully no pests were found. The property receives monthly pest control services inside and outside of the property. We immediately had a professional team investigate the property for pests. The technicians did not find any evidence of pests. - We set the thermostat to a comfortable setting and are open to any requests to change the temperature to make our guests comfortable, however, we apologize that you were uncomfortable. The AC unit was inspected and is fully functional. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay. We would've been happy to help you troubleshoot so that you could enjoy the home!
