Our family loves Tracey's home. It feels like a home away from home,her house has all the amenities you need to make your trip perfect,she makes everything so smooth and easy. Perfect location from the parks and restaurants. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to go back.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing week here in Florida and the Villa was fantastic. Everything you need, great location and Tracey was very helpful with tips on the local area etc. Beautiful area too. Very safe and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Villa to others.

We enjoyed our stay, first time ever booking a home in orlando and Tracey's home was fabulous. Loved the area everything was in close proximity, kids loved all the rooms and games that they had to offer. Tracey makes everything so effortless for your stay.

Spotless Home Close to Disney!

We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and even had an air fryer. The home was clean and very well maintained. The pool was wonderful, and the back yard was lined with mature plants that created a barrier between neighbors on all sides. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location & House

We stayed for a week. The location was great (I was there for a work conference) and so close to restaurants and stores. My kids loved the pool and loved the themed bedrooms.

Short Stay- Great Stay

We packed a lot of laughter, love, adventure, and excitement in this 2 night stay! The house was a fantastic place to stay! Everything was just as pictured. The pool was fabulous! The beds were comfortable !! There was a gracious plenty hot water for us all!! The house was easy to get to and easy to navigate to the places around town!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to do it again!! (We’re already planning!!)

Great stay

Place was perfect for a family vacation near Disney. The house had lots of fun activities for the kids including a dress up box and puzzles. The only thing I’d mention is that there no toiletries at all or kitchen condiments including salt or oil, so you need to be prepared in bringing that stuff when you arrive. Otherwise it was great and I’d happily stay there again!

Lovely for family trip to Disney.

Very well equipped house from the kitchen accessories to the toys and books to keep the kids entertained. There is lots of room, it could easily accommodate two families. Relatively quiet neighborhood, when first entering some houses aren't as well maintained so we were a little worried but this one is great. Biggest positive was the communication from booking onwards, A. Very close to Disney parks and can avoid major interstates to get there, which was a priority for us. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Staycation

We had such a great time at Mickey’s Den Villa! The home is very close to Disney. This villa is very clean and comfortable. Tracy the owner added so many magical touches. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed being outside in the pool. We did have the pool heated and it was so good! Communication with the owner is excellent! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pool house

This property is as described, literally a few minutes from Disney and stores and restaurants. The owner of property was so gracious and worked with us on very short notice, we will be returning!

Only complaint is 'there is nothing to complain about'

Extremely helpful host - never before have we received so much information ablut property and local area before out visit. The child friendly welcome - toys & furniture (high chair, bed guard, strollers, travel cot).Don't want to praise too highly as it may not be available for our next visit.

Just right!

The house was clean and had everything you needed. We did not have kids to stay but it is more than kids friendly. The best thing was the private pool and the beds were so comfortable. Will book again!

Beautiful house

The best villa we’ve stayed in Kissimmee so far. It had everything you need to make you feel at home, even the flutes to make a toast for my birthday. Perfectly clean and sanitized. We enjoyed everything and would definitely come back.

Fantastic find!

I can’t say enough about this property and the owner. It’s a lovely, well-stocked home with a Disney touch! Kids and adults will have plenty of space and entertainment with lovely modern amenities. Tracy was lovely to work with and communicated with me throughout the stay. All my questions were answered and we had no issues. The beds are comfy too! We will be staying here if we can, for upcoming visits!

Great Disney vacation house

The house was great for our family of 4. Could have easily had a few more people. All of the Disney touches were nice. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. We didn't make use of the pool or game room, but they were nice. We'll definitely consider staying here again on a future Disney vacation.

Great stay

The property is so well furnished and our son loved it. The pictures on here do not do the property justice. We loved the pool and paid the extra for heating which was well worth it. We’re close to Disney and universal and were able to uber there easily. The best thing about this property to me was how communicative the host was. We ended up extending our stay 2x and even though they are not in this time zone they always were quick to respond. The entire experience was lovely and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice house and location

This house was perfect my husband and I for our month stay in Florida. Are children and grandchildren visit for a week and it was perfect for all. The pool is great (we had it heated). We all enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and not much noise. Very nice for walking and the grandkids loved the play area. We would definitely stay here again.

We are an English family who have fallen in love with America. We first went to Florida for our honeymoon in 1991 and have been back almost every year since that date. We bought our home in 2005 because we wanted to own our little piece of 'Disney'!

With two small children at the time of purchase, we bought toys, beanies, games, books and DVDs so that guests didn't have to fill their suitcases with things to occupy little ones. For guests, it always seems that other people's toys are more exciting than their own!

Our guests tend to be people we know, personal recommendations and repeat guests. In fact, many of our guests have returned three and four times. Reasons given include the location of the villa, its amenities and the help and advice given by the owners :0)

Indian Ridge Oaks is a blend of holiday and residential homes with community facilities and wooded walkways. It is a respite from the neon lights and busy traffic of the resort hotel areas.

We love Indian Ridge Oaks because of its close proximity to Disney. For years we stayed at many villas where, once we went out in the morning, that was it until the end of the day as it was too far to nip backwards and forwards. But at Indian Ridge Oaks, we are close enough to pop out for breakfast, come back to the villa for an hour and then head out again. Quite often we get to Disney early, come back to the villa for lunch and an hour of peace and quiet and then go back to the parks.
