New Putting Green 2025! New 2024 Pool Heater! Decorated for the Holidays!
The resort style pool with Pool Bar, flat screen TV, Frisbee Golf, Ping Pong Table, and Basketball Hoop says it all, but inside there is also a Pool Table, Arcade Machine, New Bonus Room upgrade~ 3 Recliner Couch w/ 85 inch Smart Sony featuring Roku, Apple and surround sound, 8 Smart TVs with streaming apps (please do not purchase movies, unless you expect to pay for them), laundry room with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a Social Bar. The Social Bar, located off to the left of the living area, is a personal favorite and an excellent place to congregate before an evening out on town!
Pool is NOW heated by an electric heater. Large hot tub is heated separately by propane.
New fire pit and a grill by individual propane tanks on back porch.
Walkway, floating dock, and dock for lake access!
There is a master king bedroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, king guestroom, 2 queen guestrooms and a split bath upstairs. The split bath includes a tub/shower with a door that separates another toilet and shower.
Downstairs there is a queen guest bedroom, full guest bedroom and a full bath.
There are several owner closets and garage that are non-accessible.
Over 11,000 sq. feet of pool, house, and garage. The house alone, heated, is approx. 4500 sq. feet.
Absolutely no house parties or events!

Wow, this property is amazing. I was tasked with finding a place for my group of old military dudes guys trip. The guys could not believe it. In fact we are planning another trip at this same location in the near future. Plenty of space, and so much to do. Loved the tiki hut, and pool and hot tub. The media room was the star of the show, with its 85" TV and sound system plus pool table and game console. Thanks Jen Henry for sharing your beautiful home.

Great return stay with thoughtful touches! We truly enjoyed our return stay and were grateful for how accommodating and flexible our host Jennifer was throughout our visit. It was special to come back and create new family memories in a place that already felt familiar and welcoming. As pet lovers, we specially appreciated the many dog-friendly details around the home-it was clear it was thoughtfully designed with pets in mind, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The property met our needs once again. There were a few housekeeping areas that could be improved, and it wad evident our host was already in the process of addressing them, which we appreciated! We will gladly return for a future stay

This place was amazing - we didn't want to leave. Everyone thanked me for finding it. It is truly an Oasis - the backyard and pool are stunning. We were a group of 12 staying there to attend the Patriots/Bucs game (and yes, Pats won!) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our host Jen was amazing! She was very responsive to any questions/needs we had and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I have already recommended the house to friends and would definitely go back.

Great property and the Host was awesome. Only issue was we could not get the spa to heat, but enjoyed everything very much. Great Pool and outside area. Host was very responsive and kind. We would come back here again anytime.

The home was spacious, clean, beautiful, and private. The owners were very responsive, and THE GROTTO POOL was fabulous!! The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything one needs. My family has voted it one of the best places we've stayed over the years. I highly recommend.

Great escape

The family couldn’t stop commenting on how perfect and wonderful the place was. Other than golfing there was no need to go anywhere else. The pool area was perfect for fun and much needed relaxation. We would definitely stay again!

The pool is amazing! It makes the place! We had a group of 12 and others join to swim during the day and people had a hard time leaving the pool. The temperature was perfect, the grotto was awesome, and the waterfall was icing on the cake. Jen was very accommodating and always super responsive. The house had everything you would need and plenty of room to hang out. We enjoyed the entertainment room and visiting the neighbor pig. It was a peaceful house and beautiful as well. The only reason we wouldn’t give this place five stars is the comfort of the beds. The beds were very firm and the one sofa bed mattress was difficult to pull out and felt like there was no padding left on the mattress. Other than that, we had a great time, had plenty of room and were happy dogs were welcome as well.

We had the time of our lives here for a guys weekend getaway. Jennifer’s property was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. The pictures don’t do it justice. What really stood out is when the little things popped up like having issues with the lock code, questions about the AC upstairs, etc Jennifer was incredibly responsive. She’s an A host. I have extended family that loves to travel and I’d absolutely recommend we look at this place in the future. Thank you for such an amazing weekend, Jennifer.

Incredible!

This place is heaven on earth. Oasis is the right word. The house is incredible and well equipped and the pool is out of this world. Do be warned that with the pool heated plus the sun, it was hovering around 94 degrees the whole time. We really enjoyed it in the evenings but it was too hot during the day. Kitchen was lovely. Communicating with the host was fast and easy! I hope to return someday!

The house is perfect with very good taste, it was also clean, we had some problems with the pool heater but it was solved right away by Jennifer! The place is beautiful not to leave the house there is a lot of fun and tranquility.

The Grotto

The house is very nice. The backyard/pool area is outstanding. The best outdoor living space that we have stayed in for Spring Break. Private area, but close enough to things that you can get to everything quickly. Highly recommend.

Great get away house!!

We loved this house, it had so much for our kids to do, some sports equipment could be updated, but what they had still worked for them. Everyone enjoyed the fabulous pool. We enjoyed quite time at the lake looking for crocs (but never saw any) were going to miss the sweet little pig who we named “piggie”. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions or.concerns. And we’re very nice to talk to. Even Tom was a great help and great to talk to as well. If I had one bad thing to say it would be the outdoor bar area needs to be spiffed up some, I was afraid of spiders in the one room where pool toys are in. Also pool chemicals were in there and I didn’t want my grandkids near them. The tiki hut needed to be a bit more modernized, kind of dirty. If we were back in the area we would stay again for such thank you for everything!!

Beautiful location for family reuinion

Wonderful home on a beautiful property! House was clean, very comfortable beds, and tranquil vibes. Jen’s communication was clear and detailed. She answered questions quickly and requested an easy check-in/out process. This made for an easy trip! Our group enjoyed our time and hope to visit again!

Amazing Home

We had an amazing stay! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. The yard was our favorite part of the house. We spent almost the entire time outside playing the various of games that were provided for us at the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy some outside time while on vacation.

Family fun

We had a great vacation and found the property to be everything that is stated and more. Our host was fantastic and fast in answering the few questions we had. The location was beautiful and very private even though we were 30 minutes or less from all the sites we wanted to visit. The pool is as amazing as it looks! I personally loved the fishpond which was a surprise to me. Thank you for a great vacation!

Go to the Grotto!

The home and its many outdoor features (outdoor bar/lounges, grotto, lazy river, hot tub, basketball court, tree-lined acreage, etc.) along with plenty of indoor areas for gathering, game playing, etc., offered many options for both a fun-filled vacation getaway. The hosts were exactly what VRBO renters desire: great communication as well as a comfortable, well-appointed home.

We loved our stay. Lots of space, the pool area is amazing as described. Not too far of a drive to Downtown Tampa, but has the feeling of being far away from the city. Jennifer is great with communication. You will not be disappointed

Lazy river luxury

Stayed for 4 days and went in the pool everyday. It was amazing. Ordered DoorDash and had it delivered straight to the house for every meal. It was quiet and nestled in the back away from everyone. Perfect getaway spot! Loved it and will definitely be back.
