Enjoy this sun-filled, quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious, corner unit that was fully remodeled in 2022 with all new furnishings and a luxury kitchen. Located right on the Sierra Star Golf Course within the Solstice community, with access to the walking town paths or a short shuttle to Eagle Lodge or the Town trolley. The living room is equipped with a cozy living room with gas fireplace, wood flooring throughout the home, a large flatscreen TV with SONOS surround sound and an upgraded foam mattress queen sleeper sofa bed for additional comfortable sleeping. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen gives you plenty of space for family living and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen with new appliances means you can look like a pro and prepare all the meals needed. Dining area with seating for 4, which leads out on to a private deck with BBQ grill, so you can get grilling. The master bedroom features a new king bed with flatscreen TV, double closets, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure. The second bedroom features two new twin beds, flatscreen TV and access to the hall shared bath with tub/shower combo. The unit has a private stacked washer/dryer which helps extended stays to feel like home. The complex offers wireless internet, heated, underground parking (garage clearance is 7' 6"), and year-round hot tub just steps from the back deck. With fairway views, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the golfers go by, or get out there with them! Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, and shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. No pets and no smoking please. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Well planned and comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the detail! Basically, everything that you'd need is provided. Impressed at how clean everything was. Even the outside chairs and table were clean! The only thing is that the new floors could be vacuumed or mopped, just a bare foot in the house thing. There was one dining table chair that had a cracked back support, which is being addressed.The underground parking is wonderful!

Winter Wonderland

We made dinner at night and enjoyed a movie every night. Us and our girls loved the ski trip. There was a snow storm so we were so thankful that the parking is underground and right next to our unit. A perfect stay!

Beautiful Condo, but key is offsite

The condo was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the “condo key” has to be picked up offsite, but the condo is keyless entry! You have to first go to the company office and pick up an envelope which only contains the jacuzzi key and a parking pass, and the 9 digit keyless entry code is written on the envelope. I don’t understand why the management company doesn’t email you the code, and then leave the jacuzzi key and parking pass in the unit. It would definitely save some time for renters.

Home away from home

A great place to live while on vacation. The kitchen had all the the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare meals. There were board games available which we thoroughly enjoyed. The unit was exactly as pictured, the furniture was comfortable, and the hot tub (steps from the unit) was a great way to end the day.

Great, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and a very clean unit. But, a couple things bothered us as we chose this unit based on them: 1) Based on the description, there should have been a working dryer; there was not. An earlier review of the unit stated the dryer was not working; we figured it would have been fixed since it is still in the description. We had to re-wear clothing since we did not want to take the time to visit a laundromat. We reported the issue but no one addressed it while we were there. 2) The unit's description also included a k-cup coffee machine. We planned accordingly. The first morning we discovered that it did not work. We reported the issue and a maintenance person took the machine away and said that they knew it didn't work. If that was the case, why include it in the description? Why not at least give us a head's up? We did find a regular machine and one day’s worth of coffee in a cupboard. Thankfully only one of us wanted coffee and didn't mind making the whole pot and using left-overs each day. As with the laundromat, we didn't want to shop while on vacation so we made do. 3) The hot tub, while functional, was not very inviting. Its location is ideal to the unit but it is in serious need of new plastering. It is very stained and rough. Plus, it needs a better cover solution - maybe a roll-on that actually catches the debris instead of a throw-on that spills all the debris into the tub as you remove the it. You are stuck cleaning it out before you use it. I do this at home with my own pool - not something I wish to do on vacation. Once done with the tub, you are asked to cover it. Again, a throw-on cover is not the easiest to work with. We did our duty, but needless to say, we did not use the tub again during our four night stay. 4) TV stopped working, but had no time to report. 5) Hard to report our issues. The office opens late and closes fairly early. Hard to report issues when out on the trail. The after-hours phone was for emergencies only.

Recommendation for improvements

Two things to recommend for improving, 1. The dryer is broken in the unit and need fixing, not sure if it was broken prior to my arrival. 2. Check in process needs to get streamlined. The front door only needed a code to enter and that was not clear in the instruction. The key is not needed to enter or lock. I recommend making that update in checkin instruction. The place is very clean and nice overall. I would stay there again.

Golf vacation!

On our way up to the Tahoe area for a family vacation we wanted to break up our trip and get in some golf & could not have picked a better place for the 2 of us. We were able to walk across the road to check in for a beautiful round at Sierra Star. We also enjoyed the back patio that had a view of the golf course. Really nice place! Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

Holidays in Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nicely located down the street from Eagle Lodge. It’s a first floor unit which backs up to the golf course. It’s adjacent to the spa which makes it easy to access. This 2 unit bedroom was sufficient for the 3 of us. Kitchen has most everything you’d require for the stay. Our biggest issue was with their property management, Mammoth Reservations. When we arrived, the only parking was under building. It was too low to allow our vehicle and Thule in without scraping the top. They offered no outside parking since they told us they don’t plow it in the winter. They gave zero help. Just told us there was nothing they could do and that it was our problem. The info did say they had underground parking with a height limit of 7’6”. They should have said “only”. I’ve never encountered a facility where they did not offer exterior parking. The 2nd issue was with the thermostat. We were not familiar with it and found it hard to adjust. We called them twice and had to leave messages both times since no one answered. This was a few days before the holiday rush so there was no good reason for this. They never returned either call. Very poor service which is too bad since I know they cost the owners a lot each year.Overall a nice place.

Modern convenient stay

We enjoyed all the amenities provided within the property as well as the proximity to the hot tub and parking. It was also close to the village and grocery store! Very nice place to stay with family.

Pleased with our stay

This condo is located in a quiet area near a golf course (closed at this time) and there are pine trees everywhere. You might encounter wildlife in the neighborhood. We saw deer and chipmunks just outside our doors. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cups, utensils, dishes, and coffee makers (krupps, regular ground, and French press). This place had all the appliances we needed, even an outdoor grill. Underground secured garage is directly under the complex, accessible by a secured elevator. The complex is pet friendly and has poop bag dispensing containers with disposal cans. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to come back sometime in the future.

New Favorite Place in Mammoth

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and both agree this is now our favorite condo in Mammoth. This condo was very clean. It had a nice modern look with high end appliances, bedding, and fixtures that we appreciated. Parking was a great with the underground garage which made us feel more secure as well. The location was perfect, close to the store and town, yet felt more private and peaceful along the golf course with beautiful wooded scenery. We will definitely be staying here again!

The Perfect Lodging

Wow, what a GREAT RENTAL! Contact less check in was fantastic. Emails are super clear and explicit so just make sure you read them and you should have no problems! Loved the location of the property in terms of the access to parking garage and hot tub. Couldn't get any closer! Loved the decor, the extra linens, stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, back porch. Seriously, unless we need a bigger place in the future, this is "the one" in my book.
