Welcome to this stunning oceanfront penthouse suite offering guests the chance to live the lifestyle of the rich and famous! This magnificent oceanfront unit offers guests all of the amenities of a 4 diamond resort and the intimacy of a luxury private penthouse. This suite is located on the top floor of the Diamante building with elevator access to the unit. This stunning unit offers nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor living space plus another 4,600 square feet of outdoor patio totaling nearly 10,000 square feet of dramatic living and entertaining! The perfect haven for up to 10 guests.
The unit features 11 foot ceilings throughout with ample windows and a myriad of bi-fold curtain walls in each room that can be opened to bring in the ocean and the sky allowing for the best of indoor-outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight and services both casual and formal dining rooms. In addition to the gourmet kitchen, there is a large living room with panoramic ocean views and a formal dining room that can easily seat 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its personal spa-like full ensuites plus a two suite bath for guests. Each bedroom offers its own unique and beautiful view; it would be a challenge to decide on the 18th hole golf course view, the Old Port view, the magnificent Sea of Cortez view, or the extraordinary master suite & balcony overlooking the dramatic sunset view over the ocean.
The entire suite is wired with built-in surround sound system and individual air-conditioning units and controls to accommodate each guests own taste and comfort.
This one of a kind oceanfront masterpiece features stunning panoramic ocean views. The entire patio on the 12th floor is ideal for dining and entertaining, offering captivating sunsets and glimpses of migrating whales and frolicking dolphins. A generous outdoor BBQ provides for elaborate sunset entertaining.
The Oceanfront Developer Penthouse unit is incomparable, truly one of Las Palomas most exquisite property. Guests often speak of the property's sense of tranquility, and heavenly destination.

Awesome family Stay

We have been to this resort numerous times but this unit was the best we have ever rented. Best views in Rocky Point from the balcony. The unit was wonderful and comfortably fit all 9 of us. Hong (the owner) was very responsive and proactive and ensured we had a wonderful stay. I will definitely rent this unit again.

Gorgeous Property!

We loved everything about this place and the pictures simply do not do it justice! Grab your family or friends and book this place immediately. Everything is as described and I would rate this home 10 stars if I could. The only negative (and this is not a big deal) is that the elevator opens to the unit and there are only two keys. If you are traveling with a larger group you will need to pass key back and forth as you come and go. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

This stay was worth every penny! Gorgeous space inside and out. The owner was responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some difficulty with the elevators, but that was no fault of the unit. We look forward to another opportunity to stay here!

Incredible Penthouse without breaking the bank

This penthouse is huge! Amazing views and the outdoor area is just perfect. Could use some work. Grill is dirty and needs fixing, some beds were not comfortable, wine fridge was not working and some tvs were not working. Overall 5/5 with some minor improvements needed.

We have stayed in many units at Las Palomas. This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. This is the only unit we have ever stayed in that had a fully equipped kitchen. All the pots pans and cooking utensils we need i we have stayed in many units at Las Palomas. This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. This is the only unit we have ever stayed in that had a fully equipped kitchen. All the pots pans and cooking utensils we needed. Each and every bedroom has its own private balcony and the views of the beach and the coast are spectacular. I would highly recommend diamanté 12 or one to any discerning family looking for a fabulous vacation in Puerto Penasco!

Very Spacious Penthouse with Amazing Views!

Penthouse had plenty of room for eating and relaxing for a family of 12! Slept 8 very comfortably! No shade on 4,200 sq.ft. patio, so bring hats & sunscreen. We had a marvelous 3 night stay and would go back again! A few things had to be repaired and once HOA was called problems were resolved quickly. The elevator was very small and made some jarring noises. It did break down for a few hours and was inoperable. We were told they were going to install a new elevator. Suggest upon check in, you ask for door codes in the event you have to use stairs to/from 11th floor. Owner, Hong, was very accommodating and did everything she could to ensure an epic Thanksgiving vacation for our family.

Penthouse with friends

Let me start out by saying the positive attributes to this property. The view is one of the best that I have seen at the property. This is the first time that we did not leave the rooftop during the day to go down to the pool because the view and the furniture were ideal for laying out and visiting with friends.We go to Rocky point for spring break every year with multiple families. Great memories were made at this property too. The property owner addressed as many issues as she could but the property was not cleaned well, the TV was broken on our arrival, grill didn’t work, wine fridge did not work, dishwasher was not attached properly, the fridge was not cooling properly and previous guests clothing were under the couch and stuck in the closet. The property is decorated beautifully but it could need a walk through for some of the wear and tear items. The hotel cleaning crew and front desk staff were not on their game. Not all of the issues were due to the owner but lies more with Las Palomas staff. Check in got pushed from 4:00 to 7:00!!

Hi Lori, Thank you very much for the valuable feedback. I just wanted you to know that we've replaced the 75 inches TV in the living room and checked the BBQ grilled, it is in working conditions. It was unfornately that the resort was overwhelmed with crow and unable to refill the propane tank of gas. There were several issues with the resort, unable to accommodate our guests due to COVID and housekeeping was delay with the cleaning. I have brought up these issues with management and will be dealt with accordingly. Again my apologies for unable to attend to your request due to travel restrictions for us Canadian. Hong

Very unhappy

We paid to much for what we got. To many issues on the property. We have to report lots of damages, the jacuzzi in the the second suite was not working. The jacuzzi outside was not for use at all. The small bedroom had awfull smell coming from the bathroom. The TV inthe small room was not working the first day we arrived. No door in the restrooms we were not told about it very uncomfortable. The barbeque grill almost exploted on the guy maintance while he repaired for us to use it. Reception told us we need to pay for the gas in order to use the grill, fortunate they agree we didn't have too. We were unable to see the sunset from the top, there were buildings nfront of the property. Is advertise you can see the sunset from the top view. Reception was very rude. On our way out we expressed our concerns, the fribt desk supervisor tokd us if we were looking to be compensated it was happenning. We felt insulted we were just letting them know what was the issues. Unfortunate it w asn't what we expected.

Beautiful views and a fun place to stay with a large group. The resort was also very nice.

We went with 4 couples in early Nov. 2017 to stay in this Penthouse for just 3 nights. Our prior communication with the owner of this property went well and she seemed available for our questions. None of us had stayed at this resort before and only a few of us had been to Puerto Penasco before. When we arrived that day it is slow season at the resort so check in went smoothly and didn't take very long. One thing to mention is the confusion about needing a special elevator key to get to this unit up on the 12th floor. This key issue has been mentioned on past reviews and the owner had confirmed that we would need a special key to get up to our PH unit. When we checked in at the front desk the person helping us also said we needed this key for the elevator. It has been stated by everyone, don't lose one of these keys are in will be $125 to replace. The big problem we had is that they only had 2 keys available for our whole group (4 couples), that was going to be a hassle if we were going to come back at different times. We were very concerned. When we finally found the correct elevator, there wasn't a place to insert this key to get you to the 12th floor? Once again we didn't know if we were in the right elevator? We finally found someone that worked there (that spoke English) and they informed us that you don't need the key at all, there is now a 12th floor button that you just push like the rest of the buttons. All we just needed was a normal "plastic key card" to open up the entry door to the PH. You have to wonder why NO ONE seems to know about this change?? Especially the staff at the front desk, or the owner? Wish we would have known that. The unit is very spacious and worked out great for 4 couples, it has plenty of room for several more. Each couple had a nice sized room with a master suite style bathroom, with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks in each. Plus some access to patio space outside. It is very modern and somewhat simple in it's decorating. The massive sliding doors to the outside deck were wonderful. A major plus to this condo is the being on the top floor and having tons of outdoor space with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. A few things we wished were available (for us to give it 5 Stars); The large outdoor hot tub didn't work, the outdoor fireplace isn't plumbed, it needs a shade umbrella for the sun and way to access our music into the main central sound system. The outside is ready for new paint.

Hi Mark, Thank you very much for the feed back. I'm very glad to hear the Penthouse was to your liking. Unfortunately, the elevator key lock to the Penthouse was damaged before your arrival. The resort has contacted the elevator company which comes from another city, and they were not able to repair the key lock. A new part has been ordered, so they put in a regular button to access the Penthouse. You are correct that if the keys are needed, two keys would definitely not be enough for four couples. We have instructed the resort to provide 1 key per couple. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As for the hot tub, as much as we would like guests to use, unfortunately, the resort is unable to properly maintain it. None of the other Penthouses are able to allow guests to use their hot tubs because of this reason. We hope you were able to overlook these minor issues, and your stay was still enjoyable. Nice but needs attention

The unit was nice and spacious and the patio is outstanding, however, due to the high volume of occupancy it's showing a lot of wear and tear that maybe the owner isn't aware of. The refrigerator leaks water and we lost power in the entire unit one day. Maintenance had to be called 3 times to respond.

Room was great, had some complications with the AC units. The living/ kitchen-room was so hot the first day, they fixed the breaker. The last night, one of the bedroomS were so hot. Had to call maintenance again, and again. One guy showed up but never came back. Didn’t fix the issue or tell us what was going on. He went to check the condenser and never came back. The Same day, called for extra towels that never showed up. Very poor communication and follow through from the guest relations side.
