This suite is located on the top floor of the Diamante building with elevator access to the unit. This stunning unit offers nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor living space plus another 4,600 square feet of outdoor patio totaling nearly 10,000 square feet of dramatic living and entertaining! The perfect haven for up to 10 guests.
The unit features 11 foot ceilings throughout with ample windows and a myriad of bi-fold curtain walls in each room that can be opened to bring in the ocean and the sky allowing for the best of indoor-outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen is a chefā€™s delight and services both casual and formal dining rooms. In addition to the gourmet kitchen, there is a large living room with panoramic ocean views and a formal dining room that can easily seat 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its personal spa-like full ensuites plus a two suite bath for guests. Each bedroom offers its own unique and beautiful view; it would be a challenge to decide on the 18th hole golf course view, the Old Port view, the magnificent Sea of Cortez view, or the extraordinary master suite & balcony overlooking the dramatic sunset view over the ocean.
The entire suite is wired with built-in surround sound system and individual air-conditioning units and controls to accommodate each guests own taste and comfort.

Gorgeous Property!

We loved everything about this place and the pictures simply do not do it justice! Grab your family or friends and book this place immediately. Everything is as described and I would rate this home 10 stars if I could. The only negative (and this is not a big deal) is that the elevator opens to the unit and there are only two keys. If you are traveling with a larger group you will need to pass key back and forth as you come and go. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

Maintenance was great needed to call a few times. Washer/dryer did not work Murpheys bed was broke (1) Fridge needed to be repaired a few times Disposal smelled as well as the showers

Incredible Penthouse without breaking the bank

This penthouse is huge! Amazing views and the outdoor area is just perfect. Could use some work. Grill is dirty and needs fixing, some beds were not comfortable, wine fridge was not working and some tvs were not working. Overall 5/5 with some minor improvements needed.

Nice but needs attention

The unit was nice and spacious and the patio is outstanding, however, due to the high volume of occupancy it's showing a lot of wear and tear that maybe the owner isn't aware of. The refrigerator leaks water and we lost power in the entire unit one day. Maintenance had to be called 3 times to respond.

Poor guest relations

Room was great, had some complications with the AC units. The living/ kitchen-room was so hot the first day, they fixed the breaker. The last night, one of the bedroomS were so hot. Had to call maintenance again, and again. One guy showed up but never came back. Didnā€™t fix the issue or tell us what was going on. He went to check the condenser and never came back. The Same day, called for extra towels that never showed up. Very poor communication and follow through from the guest relations side.

The resort was absolutely amazing and very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the check-in proc

The only thing that we didn't was the check-in process. It was really slow and it took awhile waiting in line. Also on Phase 1 we couldn't tell where the check in was, so that really confused us. The next thing is that we traveld from Texas which was a 17 hour drive and the day we left nobody was at the check in. A really nice security guy instructed me to go to Phase 2 since they are open really early. So the check-in and check-out process was only my issue and hopefully with Phase 3 opening soon that won't be an issue. We will definitely go again when Phase 3 opens up.

This penthouse was everything we could ask for and more. The pictures does no justice (as I thought maybe the furniture and kitchen would be out dated) for this place the owner should post a video. My guest were so happy when they saw the penthouse for the 1st time as I never told them or showed them where we would be staying. Each room had something awesome to offer, we didn't want to leave. The only hip-cup we had were: 1. we weren't allowed to grill on the patio and that was a privacy i expected to have. 3. We also couldn't access the jacuzziā€™s or the fire pits and couldn't talk above a whisper on the patio pass 10pm. The patio is the best feature. You for sure want to be out doors pass 10pm without complaints as adults in our 40ā€™s and 50ā€™sā€¦ We are on vacation! I would definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful stay in Rocky Point

We enjoy RP several times each year. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have rented this unit. We weRe surprised to learn that the TV in the living room has been struck by something and the entire screen was cracked. I contacted the owner and the TV was replaced the following day, so that was very nice. My only complaint is the owner insisted that we were responsible for a small piece of molding that was hanging from one of the Murphy beds. We didnā€™t notice it until our last day because itā€™s about 9 feet from the floor but I am 100% that this occurred prior to us renting the unit. Also be aware that there is a hot tub, but itā€™s inoperable.

Breathtaking sunset views

Very nice. Penthouse with elevator entrance. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen had all essentials. The outdoor has very nice furniture to enjoy the sunset. Wish you could use jacuzzi and fireplace. The host answered questions quickly. The house is roomy. One bedroom had no door between bedroom and toilet area. Wasnā€™t ideal with a partner The master was very nice and roomy. All bedrooms had some view and balcony area. If your looking to relax and enjoy the condo and resort this is a nice one. Bottom line I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had a wonderful time. The area is nice. People bring down there UTVs to drive around. I asked and saw the secured area you can store your trailer there and they allow your UTV in the regular parking spaces.
