Great setup for families or large groups. The home is a brick ranch and the main level has three bedrooms and each one has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has its own half bathroom and a Tempur-Pedic bed that can be raised at the head or feet with a remote and has a massage function as well.
This home is perfect for anyone looking to visit to Boulder-Denver area. Boulder is just a 20 min drive down 36 and the house is located right off the highway yet far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the house as well as multiple restaurants. The Flatiron mall is a short 5 min drive towards boulder and offers tons of options for shopping dinning and entertainment.

Downtown Denver is about 30 min to the South and the 1st bank center is only 5 minutes away and features lots of concerts and sporting events. The home itself has a wonderful back yard with covered patio space with plenty of space for dogs to run around or for kids to play. There is also a charcoal grill for bbqs

Inside the main level of the house is covered with hardwood floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, new tile floors and granite counters as well as brand new cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a large table and seating for 8. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV. Wireless Internet, basic cable and Netflix service are all included.
Downstairs the basement includes a laundry room and another full bathroom. The driveway has space for a car. Plenty of street parking is also available for free.

All linens and furnishings are included, you can expect fresh towels, all kitchen essentials.

Great spot for a long Denver stay

The house was exactually as expected and in a great location to explore Denver. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating with easy check in and check out.

Great kitchen, large dining table, ample linens and towels. Queen beds very comfortable. Three of eight access links did not work at initial entry, were later fixed after reaching out to owner. Caution we did encounter a strong odor upon access that required us to leave and air out the house. Owner thought it was possibly bleach. We wondered if a pesticide might have been applied. Owner was responsive to correct issues. We didn't realize that the basic cable was actually an app on the smart TV called Sling. A binder of common household hints would be helpful even down to how to use unusual shower head.

Mike was awesome to deal with. A great place for a larger group. The house doesn’t look like it will fit that many people. Sitting outside under the awning is awesome.

Not what I expected. The place wasn’t clean. Tables and chairs were worn and scratched. Walls and ceilings had several blemishes throughout the house. Ceiling in kitchen was dirty and trash was left in the can. Drapery rod in living was pulled from one side and a blind in kitchen was bent. Dirty linens and towels were left in the basement. Not worth the money. I’ve stayed in other places for a lot less and where much cleaner than this place. Not what I expected and a little disappointed.

Great find in Denver area!! Close to Denver and Boulder ticked away in a cute neighborhood!

We had a great time in the Denver area and renting this home was a plus! Mike was easily accessible via text and quickly responded. The home is in a cute neighborhood near several parks/playgrounds (if you have kids) and is exactly how described in the listing. We had everything we needed for a weeks stay (cooking/towels, etc). If we visit this area again, we will most definitely try to rent this home! Thanks for helping our visit to Denver be that much better!

Great place to stay at when in northern Colorado. The property was exactly as described online. Had everything a couple families needed to enjoy a week long stay. Location is great with easy access to highways and local businesses.

Great place to stay

The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were even toys for the kids. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests. I highly recommend it to anyone who is staying in the Broomfield, Longmont, Boulder, Denver area. .

Perfect for familiy get togethers

Home is just as shown in pictures, the openness of the living and kitchen and dinning areas lend to accommodate a lot of people and still feel connected to all. We used this as a base for family for a CU Graduation. The location was close and there were a multitude of shopping and entertainment options extremely close by. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. The host Mike was Great.

Nice Place to Stay- Comfortable House in a quiet neighborhood

Some friends and I recently met in Broomfield and stayed at this house. The house worked great for us , and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. With six bedrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is beautiful and appears to have been recently remodeled. There is a large dining table, which is good for larger groups. The beds were comfortable, and a lot of the furniture looked new. The large back yard was nice to have too. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a park close by. There is nearby access to the Boulder Turnpike which made getting to Denver and to Boulder a pretty easy trip.

Happy and thankful

Clean and economical home that served our family very well during an emotional family time

We were in Colorado to celebrate the life of our 35 year old son Adam who died on Dec 7th while living with us in Indiana. Upon driving up to this home, we were unsure if it would be big enough for our family. Yet coming inside, we were so pleased with the living areas, 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Everything was clean and ready for us . The home economically provided us a place to stay for five days as a family during the emotional events of sorting through Adam’s belongings, attending his Celebration of Life at Denver Community Church and mountain service in Nederland, CO to scatter his ashes. It was definitely more comfortable than hotel rooms and gave us a homey setting to come back to and be together as a family.

Great house just outside of Denver

We had a group of 15, 8 adults, 3 kids, and 4 dogs. The access to the home was quick and easy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hockey and ping pong tables while the dogs enjoyed the large back yard. We cooked a few times and the dining table was large enough for 11 of us. As mentioned the garage is locked but the driveway was long enough to fit a Subaru, an F-150 truck and had space to park another truck in front of the house. Overall the house was great, just wish our trip was a little bit longer to enjoy the home more! We’d definitely recommend this home to any large groups!

Great place. Only problem we had was paying so much for cleaning and the floors were not very clean and the kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that great place!

Great home for a large family vacation

The house delivered all that was promised in the listing. We needed a home to accommodate 5 adults, 2 teens, a toddler and our dogs. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with the needs for cooking meals for large groups. The backyard was awesome for the dogs. We had a nice park to walk to and a nice grocery store less than 2 miles away. The house is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. A 20 min drive to Boulder made it a great location. Highly recommend this rental.

Great place!

Great place for our out of state family to stay and attend our daughters graduation. The house is close to the airport and shopping. Denver coliseum was only 25 mins away with traffic. The property was clean and updated. Mike was easy to get a hold of for all our last minute guestions. Lots of room for the small get together we had after the comencment. Would not think twice about renting this property again.

Great location, loads of room for extended family gathering

The house had everything we needed to gather and prepare a big Thanksgiving Dinner. My 5 adult children, 4 significant others, three grandchildren, my husband and I enjoyed having everyone together. We even had enough room and dishes for my sister, two nephews, and a niece-in-law to join us for supper. Netflix access was a plus.

Both my wife and I attended CU for college and we now live together with our children in Erie. I work in Boulder and am always no more than 30 min away to help take care of anything or answer any questions.
