Main level offers a nice, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Living room with flatscreen TV, gas fireplace (available October - April) + ½ bath Master suite with king bed and tile shower. Lakeside deck offers a great space to relax while having your morning coffee or winding down from a day out on the lake!

Upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo between the 2 bedrooms.

Lower level family room with pool table, spacious sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV. There are 2 more bedrooms on the lower level (1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom.

5 TVs total, 2 x 65" & 2 x 55" + a 42" TV on the deck.

2 paddleboards & 2 kayaks available for use!

Covered boat slip with hoist (SHALLOW WATER COVE, ONLY BOATS WITH SHALLOW DRAG* SUCH AS PONTOON BOATS & PWCS RECOMMENDED. NO VHULL BOATS, RUNABOUTS, CENTER CONSOLES, ETC), electricity & lights.

*If you are planning to rent a boat, the closest place to rent is SML Boat Rentals @ Mitchell's Marina! If you rent through SMLBR, let them know that you're a guest of Lake Retreat and you will be allowed to leave the rental boat at their docking facility during your visit. Mitchell's Marina is approx .25 miile from Friendship Cove.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
