Great space for a family or couple. Sit in the jacuzzi and look at the unbelievable stars! The view of the mountains is perfect. Very convenient to everything in Sedona and many great trails.

Relaxing Vacation Stay

We booked 4 nights and loved every minute. The views were impressive, the home had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The owners left detailed instructions which answered all of our questions. A great time for our Sedona holiday. Hope to be back again!

Beautiful views and feeling of seclusion

We have rented at least 6 VRBOs in Sedona. This home is a good value and very comfortable for two couples. It is tastefully furnished and the hosts got the important things right: mattresses, sheets, and towels were all quality. The kitchen was adequately furnished, and the home was thoughtfully supplied with things you don't want to have to go buy: toilet and facial tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our experience would have been better had the two bathrooms been equipped with hand showers as well as rain showers. There was no way to get out of the spray in the master shower, which was otherwise lovely. Two inexpensive "fixes" would improve this home: a little WD40 on the door hinges, and a weighted shower curtain.We would stay here again. The location had us concerned because it was close to 89A, but when you are in this house you feel like you are miles from civilization.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (although it could use a better wine opener!). The view was magnificent, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Sedona

This house was perfect for our family. It is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldnā€™t have been betterā€”close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The views were stunning, especially watching the sunrise against Sedonaā€™s breathtaking backdrop. Communication with Peter was easy and he very helpful. Highly recommend this as a perfect Sedona getaway!

The property was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent view of Red Rocks. Susan and Peter were very easy and flexible with communication. LOVED all the resources, magazines, books about the hikes. Made it much easier to choose our hikes. Would return!

The view is beautiful, we spent lots of time sitting on the couch looking at the lovely view of the mountain. The home is quiet and has everything we need. Safeway is just 5 minutes away; the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when the weather is bit cooler.

Owners are 20 year Sedona residents. Like many, Peter and Susan decided to make Sedona their retirement destination after first visiting Sedona in 1998. Six years later they were able to move their Software business to Sedona and slowly started investing in real estate eventually creating a vacation rental business with four exceptional rental properties. They no longer do software and are full time vacation rental landords managing their properties themselves.

When we first walked on the front deck of this home we realized the views were better than outstanding. We knew it would make a fantastic vacation rental with a little work. It was dated, having the same owner for 40 years. After some cosmetic upgrades and some tree trimming this home gets rave reviews and provides vacationers a wonderful place for their Sedona stay.

The views are outstanding and panoramic. The heated bathrooms floors feel soooo good during the cooler months. The front deck gets shade in the early afternoon. A great place to relax after a morning hike. The hot tub is secluded and has great views of the red rocks.
