Step into the home’s entry, where you’ll be greeted by an impeccably decorated great room with the living room, kitchen and dining areas — with expansive windows throughout to enjoy the stunning light-filled rooms.

Living Room
Settle back in comfortable furnishings, that surround a cozy gas fireplace with an electronic/remote starter, a Smart TV with High-speed Internet access to enjoy your favorite shows, and a room full of natural light. Adjacent to the front patio sitting area.

Kitchen
This is a chef’s dream space, stainless steel appliances, including a 4-burner gas stove to impress your friends and family with your cooking creations. The kitchen comes well stock from spices from around the world a gourmet’s delight.

Dining
The dining area offers seating for eight. There is also kitchen bar seating with seating for 4.

A Strict No Smoking/Vaping Policy.
The Entire property (In and out) is a Non-Smoking/Vaping property. No exceptions.
If you thinking about booking with us thinking that smoking outside is acceptable - Unfortunately It's not. If you need to smoke/vape, we encourage you to book elsewhere where your needs can be accommodated. Apologies in advance for this strict policy as Most ALL of our guests target us for stays because we maintain the policy/standards for all.

Bedrooms
• Master bedroom #1 — Sleeps 2. King Bed features a high quality mattress medium-soft firmness (Hilton hotel #1 customer choice) Large master with private on-suite. A Smart TV with cable and Amazon FireTV voice remote, electric fireplace, smart lights, the private bathroom offers double sinks, a tile shower and a large tub for those soothing baths after an active day enjoying all Sedona has to offer.
• Master #2 —Sleeps 2. A king bed (also medium-soft firmness), smart lights, access to the guest bath with oversized walk-in shower.
• Bedroom – Can Sleep up to 3 – XL twins (sleeps adults or children) over Queen bunk beds. Smart TV, gaming console for kids, access to the guest bath with oversized walk-in shower.
• Bonus Sleeping. Full-size Futon in common spaces: Sleeps 2. Just in case you need extra space for large groups.
Please note that the rate shown is for up to 6 guests, we charge a small fee per night for up to 8 guests - we do this because of the excessive wear and tear on the house and extra housekeeping needed when we have large groups.

Sitting area
Providing a secondary conversation area as well as additional sleeping space with the full-size futon.

Private Backyard
This is a private area featuring multiple sitting and dining areas with wonderful outdoor furnishings, spa, outdoor fireplace area. - Remember There is NO smoking on this property - in or out.

The Guests have Access to all spaces in and out except for the garage. Car Parking is on the driveway, 4 parking spaces

The Sedona West Subdivision located in the heart of West Sedona is our favorite subdivision in Sedona. Part of the reason is that it's centrally located to everything! Shopping, schools, entertainment, hiking, you name it, all just minutes away.
A fun fact about the Sedona West Subdivision is that many of the streets were named after movies made in Sedona: Pony Soldier, Copper Canyon, Johnny Guitar, Last Wagon just to name a few.
