This Private Forest Ridge Home has room for 6 adults or families of up to 8.  Pull into Forest Ridge and you'll find this home on a private road.  Go up the steps to enter the home where you'll walk through the foyer to the 1st bedroom and a full bathroom.  This main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, living room, and access to the deck with patio furniture to enjoy the fresh air of the White Mountains!  There is also an A/C unit in the living room for hotter summer days.  2nd Floor you'll find 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy Lincoln and the White Mountains! There is also a basement with a few games and extra sleeping space if needed.

Great location with a hiking trail right outside your door!  Or visit the many shops and restaurants in downtown Lincoln, or just relax and take in the peaceful views the White Mountains have to offer. This Home also offers passes to the Forest Ridge Recreation Center, where you can share an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and social activity area.

Being so close to Loon Mountain Resort gives fun opportunities for all ages and all seasons!  Have a blast exploring the Loon Adventure Center by Zip-lining down Loon Mountain and over the Pemi River or Scenic Gondola Rides up to the top of Loon Mountain with incredible views.  Climbing Wall and Bike Rentals are also available.  Great spot for hikers, explorers, fishermen, bikers, and adventurers.   This home is located just off New Hampshire's scenic Kancamagus Highway, which gives you quick access to many other NH attractions just a short drive away!

Up to 6 Adults or Families of 8. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups. No smoking is allowed.  Dogs are allowed with the Owner's approval and an extra fee. No cats.
