Steps away you have pelicans diving for lunch in the Gulf water while you enjoy the clean white powder sand beach or take a dip in the heated pool.

Conveniently located less than 10 miles south of Clearwater, and minutes from the many attractions Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer.

Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater Pass, Caladesi Island, golf, miniature golf, boating, fishing, sea sports, and many shops and restaurants and bars to choose from.

Fantastic host! Our first time doing a vacation rental, and did not know what to expect. Brought some cleaning items just in case. I will say it was extremely clean, you could not find a spec of dust if you tried! Was equipped with everything you would need. Great view as well. Would stay again!

Book it!

This rental is better than advertised, full stop. The beachfront location was so wonderful with amazing sunset views. The beach itself was easy to access, quiet, and sparsley popuated when we were there (May 17-19), with soft white sand and warm, calm waters. The condo is clean, welcoming, and serene - literally a perfect place for a romantic and/or relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed or wanted, including beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.), and also some things we didn't think we'd need (hello, aloe vera lotion!). The California king bed was comfy, as were the pillows. There were a variety of books to choose from, and binoculars to do some dolphin spotting.Andrea, our host, was incredibly communicative and helpful - we had a door code snafu which was quickly rectified. 10/10 would rent from her again, at this place or otherwise.As far as the general area itself, it felt safe, was quiet, and is family-friendly. There's a mini-golf place just across the street, and a super yummy French breakfast/bakery spot about a 5 minute walk away (Voila Merci). Book it - you will absolutely be happy with your choice!

Wonderful

It was an excellent place. Right on the beach. Only bad thing was elevator wasnā€™t working. I am recovering from breast cancer and many rounds of chemo. The steps were very hard for me. Exhausting! I would recommend it as soon as elevator is fixed

Nicely decorated, great view, well-stocked condo, wonderful owner!

First of all, the place was immaculately clean on arrival, and tastefully decorated; it was exactly as described online. But more than that, it was well-equipped with any utensil or supplies you might need for your stay. And the owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful as we needed to slightly adjust the dates of our stay to work around a relative's chemo schedule. We have stayed in this condo complex before, but this particular unit was just head and shoulders above the others. We would definitely stay there again. Terrifically responsive owner. Thanks!

Great room

Even though we did not have a working elevator during our stay, the room and location made for a wonderful getaway. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with owner was good too.

Fabulous condo with breathtaking view of the gulf . Everything was clean and in working order . The condo was modern and tastefully decorated . The bed, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need . The pool was inviting and a lovely walk along the beach is just steps away ! Loved it . We hope to be back again sometime for a future vacation . We have been to this property couple of times. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any issues. Itā€™s always clean and in order upon arrival. Location, location, location! This condo is right on the beach and in perfect spot for access to anything. Unfortunately, this time around hurricane Idalia cut our stay waaay short. Rest assured, we will definitely be back next year! I highly recommend this place and itā€™s owners.

Great Property

Overall we had a great stay at this property. Comfortable bed and couches. Had all the beach stuff we needed - chairs and noodles. Bathroom and kitchen were both nice. Great balcony. Check-in process and Check-out were lacking greatly in communication. We did not realize until we were about an hour out that the access code for the door wasn't in our check in information and we had not heard from the owners. Reached out several time to no avail. Finally received code around 9 pm that night and were able to get into the unit. Elevator was not working, seemed to not work off and on throughout our stay. We were not given any check-out instruction and none posted in the unit. Found out about an hour from the time we needed to be out that we needed to wash all the dishes and that the time listed on VRBO for checkout was 30 minutes later than it should have been. (In our experience you usually just put all the dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.) There really weren't enough towels provided either - 6 towels for 2 people for 7 days. No onsite laundry.

This is a great condo. Fully stocked and tastefully decorated. The owners have made sure you will have everything you might need for a fabulous stay; and are quick to respond to any questions. We also really like the size of the property- for us it is just right. Not one of those super large complexes. We have met so many nice people here. This is our second vacation in this condo and we are already looking forward to when we can come again!

Wonderful Place & Owners

This place had everything we needed, and more. The owners were very helpful and kept in touch regarding the incoming hurricane and after the storm passed. We had no issues during our stay, it was a nice relaxing week. The condo was completely updated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable (even the sheets were amazing). Hosts were wonderful even in hurricane Ian.

The location is perfect, on the gulf of Mexico which felt like a big soothing bathtub. Staying directly on the beach makes all the difference when on vacation. The condo has a lovely set up with shower and hose to wash off near dunes with swaths of tropical flowers. There were so many fish one could go snorkeling right there. Some neighbors told me there were dolphins swimming past one morning. The hosts are very attentive and kind.

From the time we walked into the condo we thought we were lucky to have such a great place to stay. The view of the beach was magnificent! Everything we needed was available in the condo. All in all we will return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo!

The perfect spot for us.

Great 3rd floor unit in an older Condominium with fantastic direct balcony views of the beach and Gulf. The unit was spotless and is totally updated. The owner was very responsive and even called us to say they had received a notice the Wi-Fi would be out for a couple of hours. Indian Shores is a great location with many restaurant options within 5-10 minutes. We had a great, relaxing stay with no issues whatsoever.
