Major disappointment

Arrived at property to find dried scrambled eggs in frying pan and pretzels on the floor. First night both toilets stopped working. Property manager came supposedly and said fixed. Master worked. In short I called every day and my entire stay only had 1 working toilet. It would overflow and everyone had to use the Master. My godson and his mother left after 1 day due to this fact. Not only unsanitary but wasnt even offered any kind of compensation. I paid for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I got a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Holiday Real Estate should be ashamed of themselves. They basically brushed me off like like a piece of lint when I checked out. I was curtly told someone will be in touch. Have never heard a word. I emailed Holiday Real Estate every day to make sure they knew what was going on at all times.

Thank you for your review Stacy. While we appreciate the feedback there are a few missing items. We certainly apologize if any cleaning issues were encountered upon arrival. We have a full staff of cleaning and maintenance personnel available and would have gladly sent someone to address the two cleaning issues had they been reported to our office. Upon receipt of the plumbing issue we immediately dispatched a master plumber to address the issue. The plumber was unable to reproduce the issue and found no real problem. We sent the same plumber to the unit twice more during your stay and they were not able to cause an overflow despite flushing wads of toilet paper down the toilet. It is important to note there were no issues with the plumbing prior to your arrival or after your departure. Our goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable stay and despite your comment in the review Holiday did respond to each and every one of your inquiries including after your departure.
