Damir, We explained in the description how far the beach was from our home, just 2 blocks from the main road and then straight across was the Beach access.

Kim, I am sorry about the issue with the ants. We have an exterminator coming out to spray the perimeter of the house. We have also addressed the crumb situation with the cleaning service.

Good morning I’m so sorry about your experience. I’m having my maintenance gentleman. Take care of the dishwasher and my cleaning staff will be doing a thoroughly cleaning as well as changing the shower curtain. I also scheduled to have the furniture steam cleaned. Thank you Freedom

Jamie, Thank you for your review, unfortunately we do not supply paper products or trash liners. I am not sure what you mean by pink shower liner also could you let me know what you meant by things missing as I want everyone’s stay to be comfortable and enjoyable.

Stephen, I actually stopped by my unit today and your comments are definitely false. The current renters are grilling on my 2 year old Weber grill and when I asked how they feel about the condition of the grill they were happy to say that their dinner last night and lunch today was made perfectly on the grill that they used the brand new grill cleaning utensils I provide for the unit. As for the furniture in the bedrooms and living room there is nothing wrong as I just had the upholstery cleaning after your stay and I do regularly throughout the season. We do perform maintenance if needed at every cleaning. As for toiletries and dish soap you are made aware when you booked that we do not provide any of those items. I have multiple repeat renters that are aware of the items they have to provide and do not complain after the fact when you should have read the details before booking. I do apologize about the shower curtain as the cleaning staff should have changed that out. The HVAC vent was cleaned when you departed the unit as the cleaning staff noticed it. You stated you could feel the springs in the couch which is false as I again was at the unit and inspected all your concerns the couch was recently cleaned and brand new memory mattress was installed to pull out couch. Thank you for making false accusations about my home.
