Relax in a hammock or lounge chairs on our sandy point area that also features a fire pit where you can enjoy an evening fire after experiencing Florida Keys famous sun sets! Summer Seas has a beautiful large swimming pool, heated and cooled, and a second kids swimming pool. Other amenities include a marina, fish cleaning station, boat docks, boat ramp, exercise room, adult game room, kids game room, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi!
