This 5 bedroom 3-1/2 bath craftsman's style house sits on seventy acres of scenic splendor, with unobstructed views of the iconic Wilson Peak and its vast mesa and breathtaking surroundings. The house has a ground level open floor plan, with kitchen, living, dining area that opens up onto an expansive deck and expansive grounds with views upon views. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, with island seating and dining table and open deck access. The kitchen spills into the bright open living space with wood burning fireplace, expansive widows and deck access, just off of the living space is the spacious primary suite with deck access en suite bath, step in shower and tub, bright, spacious and functional.



There's a north west facing covered porch overlooking the sunken driveway and garage area, as well as aspen groves providing shade to this side of the house. There's a shared powder room and laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink on this level as well. The upper level consists of four bedrooms and two shared baths in the hallway, very functional floor plan yet bedrooms are spacious and private. The bunk room has two sets of twin over twin beds and is adjacent to a south facing bright bedroom with a king bed. The are two additional south bedrooms, both spacious, and bright. One is equipped with a king bed and the other a queen and both with outrageous views.



This is an amazing house to share with family and or friends, with large communal spaces, yet plenty of room for privacy and relaxation. The Wilson Mesa location is breathtaking, from wildlife to scenery, and its remoteness provides true tranquility. The towns of Telluride & Mt Village are a very scenic 30 minutes drive, providing shopping, dining and an abundance of there activities, including the free gondola system that takes you to and from the towns of Telluride and Mt Village, and forty to forty to sixty minutes to Ridgway and Ouray, all providing great morning or afternoon trips; although most find it hard to leave the ranch.
