The wraparound balcony and location on the 16th floor of SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® Luau buildings make for wonderful and memorable views of the beautiful Emerald coastline as well as remarkable views of the Choctawhatchee bay, lush resort and the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The condo is a combination of two beautiful accommodations with sleeping room for eight, including a king, two queen beds in a separate room as well as queen sofa sleeper. Guests will enjoy all of the luxuries of home while visiting the beach, such as a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette in one of the rooms, one walk in shower and a shower tub combo, as well as a breakfast bar and dining area for family gatherings.

Luau is located near the beach but also provides easy access to all the amenities of the resort and the surrounding areas. Shopping, dining and entertainment are at your fingertips while you enjoy relaxing in a beautiful, contemporary and comfortable condo.

Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans.
