The Space:
Get ready for a super stylish getaway. The condo is located in the most desirable neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, Zazil-ha, considered one of the nicest areas in Playa; known by the “locals” as the cool, hip spot to be. You’ll be just a short block to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching! And just head down your street, CTM (46th Street) 2 blocks and you hit the beach at Coco Beach. You’ll be close to beach clubs like Martina, Mandarino, Encanto & Las Hijas. Or walk south the other way towards beach clubs like Mamitas and Coralina. Your location couldn’t get any better!

- Spacious and luminous open living area with high ceilings, enormous floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, and a stunning spiral staircase up to the bedrooms. It’s a phenomenal design that’ll take your breath away upon entry!
- The living room sits right next to the impressive and massive sliding windows that you can open to uncover an incredible upper-floor balcony and extend your living space to the outdoors. The sectional sofa is a great spot for downtime along with a large wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV.
- Adjacent you’ll find the dining area with a dining table to comfortably accommodate 8 guests for a peaceful sit-down meal at home. Perhaps this is a good spot for remote working too if needed!
- The kitchen comes fully equipped and equally as impressive with granite countertops, a large center island for serving, and top-of-the-line appliances to prepare meals at home any time! Plus extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups and a blender for afternoon beverages!
- Ascend the spiral staircases to the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 8 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom & sofa (that can open to a sofa bed to sleep 1 adult if needed)
BEDROOM 2: 2 Queen-sized beds, superb closet space & full bathroom across the hall

This place is fantastic because everything you could need is just a short walk or drive to get to. You can walk a block to 5th Avenue and grab a coffee and have a nice stroll to see all the hustle and bustle and of course great people-watching.
Plus there are so many different things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

The condo is located in the SIAAN Panoramic Beach Lofts Complex in a super cool area of Playa del Carmen, at the northern end of La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue). Your experience offers:

Getting Around:
The condo is 55 km or 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the SIAAN Condo building on CTM (46th Street) just east of 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen..
There’s a parking space on the premises if you’re arriving by car. When driving into town, you can park on the street but beware there are parking meters. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located that you won’t really need a car. But you can also easily rent a bike or take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there’s a spiral staircase inside the condo that you must navigate to reach the bedrooms. We ask that you please do so with caution.
Please note that there’s construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours 9 - 6PM Monday - Saturday.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach and bath towels, and a parking spot are free during your stay.
Electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive so there is a daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There is no daily housekeeping service but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more) there is a fee of $50 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
There’s an extra guest fee for any additional guests.
Pets are not allowed at this property. The owner has severe pet allergies, so this rule is strictly enforced. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
To ensure a smooth check out with us, please leave the property in a clean condition. Leave all used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor, put used beach towels on the living room floor, take the garbage out to the bins outside, and leave the key in the lockbox. Housekeeping tips or gratuity are also greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s reliable Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspaces so it’s great for the remote worker!
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. The owner has severe pet allergies, so this rule is strictly enforced.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using a code to the lockbox code to access the key. Access code will be provided to you within a day of your arrival.
