Bethany Beach 3-BR Townhouse With Pool and Tennis - Walking Distance to Beach!

Welcome to our wonderful Bethany Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse - located within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community The Villas of Bethany West, just steps away from a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Our clean, updated kitchen includes all appliances, a breakfast bar, and even a washer / dryer. The spacious living / dining area includes a TV, fireplace, WiFi, and plenty of comfortable seating.

The three bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

The house receives plenty of natural sunlight. A large screened-in porch off the back of the house adds to the living space. The porch features a high ceiling, skylights, a ceiling fan, outdoor shower, seating for at least 8, and a closet stocked with additional beach chairs and supplies. A charcoal grill and 4 bikes are also provided for your enjoyment!

The community has a large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool, tennis / pickleball courts, and basketball hoop - all just steps from the house and at no extra charge! There is also easy access to a beautiful Salt Pond with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe. Walk, bike, drive, or take the Bethany Beach Trolley for an easy ride to the beach or town.

We have owned the home for many years, and love to vacation here as well! As a result, we provide items that other rentals may not, such as bikes, a grill, kids' toys and games, books/magazines, beach chairs, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

This house is non smoking and no pets allowed. We look forward to welcoming you!

Great location! We walked, biked, and drove to the beach. Good restaurants across the street and within 3 minute walk. Pool and pickle ball courts directly behind the house for easy access.

Wonderful short getaway

Comfortable, cozy shore cottage feel. Anything we needed for our stay was available. Reasonably close to beach, restaurants and center of Bethany. Wonderful screened porch. Matt is great to work with.

Great rental

Loved everything about this rental but were very disappointed we weren’t given first shot at renting same weeks next year so will have to find another great rental next year. Great location, home was clean and had everything we needed. Even learned how to use a charcoal grill.

Comfortable and convenient

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this charming home. It was well stocked and clean. The older kids loved picking up the trolley right outside the unit and the younger one loved the pool.

Lovely End Unit Townhome

We found this property to be clean, well appointed, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, trolly stop and the beach. 4 bikes with locks in excellent condition provided. The community has a pool and tennis courts. The pool was not opened but looks lovely. We cannot wait to return this August with family and grandchildren.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed the townhome - it was spacious and well laid out. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets- walking distance to some. The beach is a little less than a mile away - we walked but the trolley also comes by often. The pool in the complex was lovely - it may have been our toddler’s favorite part of the trip. The owner is very responsive.

Quick Family Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family and the quality of service was amazing. There were toys and games...Legos and Beat the Parents! Thank you, saved the day once... comfortable beds for all and a wonderful location. We enjoyed the pool, the trolly, and walking from town in the evening. It also felt special to be welcomed somewhere that the owners family had enjoyed for decades. We hope to be back for a longer stay next summer. You won't be disappointed booking this stay in Bethany Beach.

Family beach trip 2024

We had a wonderful family beach trip at 719D Treetop Lane. We enjoyed the living space, dining for at least 8, well equiped kitchen, screend in porch with furniture, outdoor shower, access to the swimming pool and tennis courts and bikes. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to DiFebo's Restaurant and Market as well as Grotto Pizza and the beach. Trolley stop right outside our door - awesome way to get to get to the beach without the hassle of parking. Grandkids loved it! Loved having a washer/dryer off the kitchen, 2 1/2 baths definitely a plus. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Absolutely Perfect!

From the interaction with the owner to the smallest of details in the home, this was by far one of our best vacations. The house is in a great location; close enough to the beach to ride a bike or take the trolley that stops out front every 15 minutes, a hop and a skip from the pool and walking distance to restaurants. We brought our kayaks and went out every morning. We ate and puzzled on the screened in porch and enjoyed the state of the art sound system and the frogs. This was a great trip!

Pros:-Nice house, quiet and good size-Conveniently located-Tram stop behind the house-Easy check-in-Good priceCons:-No towels, linens or paper products provided-One of the most important things for our family was tennis, and there were issues with the tennis courtsThe host was very responsive to our questions for most of the stay but did not respond to our last two texts where we expressed disappointment with the tennis courts.Subtracted one star for the tennis court issuesSubtracted one star for host not responding the last 2 textsWe suggested to the host to update the listing so that potential renters know they need to bring these items: -Towels/Sheets: Until 1 week prior we were unaware that towels&sheets were not provided. Other vacation rentals in the past provided these items, so we did not expect to need to bring these items. It caused quite a bit of stress trying to fit an additional duffle bag full of linens and towels into our vehicle. -Paper products: In our prior experiences with vacation rentals these items were provided.We suggested that the host include a disclaimer about the condition of the courts and the possibility of flooding.Due to flooding, the tennis/pickleball courts were unusable during our entire visit. According to other residents that we met, flooding occurs on a frequent basis and has been a long-term unresolved issue. Also, the courts are in such bad shape due to cracks and bad spots in the surface, it's almost unusable.

Bethany Beach trip

We loved staying at Matt's place. Perfect size for six adults. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed our time here! Nestled in a perfect location, we were able to walk to the beach within 20-25 minutes as our morning exercise. For our "beach time" trips we used residential parking permit provided by the owner that allowed us to park our car real close to the beach making it a convenient way to bring all you may need at the beach including chairs, towels, games, etc. The place itself was immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal. Thank you Matt for being so responsive to our calls and making our vacation enjoyable! We'll be back next year! Would recommend staying here!

Loved this house!

The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group, and each of us had our own bed. There are 2 full baths and powder room, which is a huge convenience with 5 people. The location is great! There are a few restaurants right at the end of the street. It is a little bit of a walk or bike ride to the beach, so we chose to drive/park since it was off-season…if we were to stay during the season, we would just bike or use the trolley to go to the beach. The community is tucked away with tennis courts and a pool, which are both very nice! The owner’s communication was great! We had a tropical storm coming our way, so we were in touch a few times. I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness while we navigated the weather situation!! We will absolutely stay here again!! :)

Very nice house and host.

The property was very nice and exactly as described unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Hurricane Ian caused the neighborhood to flood but the owners of the property were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this property.

This home is amazing! It was so clean and SO ORGANIZED! We had everything we needed and it was more organized than any place we've stayed before. Comfy furniture and bed. Quiet, even with the pool and tennis courts nearby - which was a treat! So very happy to have been able to stay at such a comfy, clean, convenient home.
